Unexpected extras, beach chairs, lots of beach towels, stocked kitchen with a jug of water, pico de gallo, guacamole & chips. Responsive property manager, great location & neighborhood, nice view & sunrises from the 2 balcony patios. we would definitely stay here again.

Lovely and stylish place with an excellent location in town, yet was very quiet! Lots of outdoor space to enjoy, and very close to the beach. Delicious guac and chips left for us to enjoy was a nice touch. Communications with host was excellent.Would definitely stay here again.

Property around casita under construction during our stay diminishing our enjoyment of the outdoor spaces due to excessive noise, dust and dodging construction equipment and worker parking. No hot water available in casita—water heated on stove for washing dishes. Garbage service was not properly identified yet instructions for house, which are generic to management company, say they are onsite and renter should put cans on street for empty8ng on either Mondays or Thursdays, but watch when neighbors put theirs out (this did not happen during our 10-night stay). Limited email with management company on VRBO site; instead they use WhatsApp.

Meditation retreat.

I do a Meditation retreat every summer. This place was perfect. It’s about 200 yards to the sandy beach, and walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. No need for a vehicle. The bed is really comfortable, and there are plenty of places to sit and meditate. The kitchen is well equipped, and the knives are actually sharp. Nice and quiet.
