Welcome to Rosmarino. Located in a beautiful luxury residential neighborhood, this generous 3,000+ square foot home is perfect for a large family vacation, a multi-family get-away, or traveling professionals who appreciate a comfortable home away from home.

As you arrive, take a moment to breathe in the beautiful aroma of the rosemary bushes which give this home its beautiful name of “Rosmarino”. Stepping through the front door, you are greeted by a stylish terrazzo entryway that leads you to the living room, family room, powder room, dining room, kitchen, and kitchen dining, all filled with colorful accents.

In the opposite wing, you will find 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The primary bedroom features a king bed, Smart 48" TV, and an ensuite bath including a deep soaking tub inside the glass-enclosed shower and separate vanity rooms. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and Smart 36 "TV ( Amazon Firestick), bedroom 3 offers a queen bed, and bedroom 4 offers a queen bed. A queen sleeper also provides additional sleeping for 2.

The kitchen includes seating for 6 plus two bar seats. Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the generous countertop space. Other features include a dishwasher, microwave, gas stove & oven, and side-by-side refrigerator.

The family room includes a Smart 54" TV (Amazon Firestick) and comfortable sectional seating for group home entertainment viewing or warm-up by the fireplace. The natural light-filled formal dining room comfortably seats 8. The living room includes cozy fireplace seating and game area.

Enjoy dining or relaxing on the outdoor patio by the wood firepit or grill up your favorite bbq dinner on the propane bbq. Step up poolside to enjoy the jacuzzi and outdoor gas firepit. Pool is not heated due to high California electricity prices. Spa is heated to around 100 7 - 9 pm on request only Friday/Saturday/Sunday. Practice some basketball shots on the backyard patio or enjoy a friendly game of cornhole.

Spend some relaxing time on the front porch area with your morning coffee or watch the sunset as you take a break in the two hanging macrame chairs while you sip your favorite wine or mocktail.

Idyllic property, excellent amenities

Perfect place for our gathering. Impeccable home on a heavily-treed streets steps from Conejo Fields and library. A+ amenities; my favorite was the mid-Century styling, especially the curved fireplace and adjacent dining room with floor to ceiling windows out to nature. Quiet. House felt intimate yet was so large, each room offering privacy for guests. Wish I didn't have to leave. One day I'll own a house like this, LOL!
