Host was responsive and polite, and let us check in 30 min early but doesn’t make the accommodations worth the rate. Improvements/Safety: anti slip mat for entryway, slips and is a falling hazard. The dinning room set was flimsy and the screws were coming out of the chairs. The couch is stained and very old, looks like it was purchased from a closing hotel lobby. Huge flatbed and truck in the driveway making it less than convenient to walk to the unit in the very back with luggage in tow. Full curtains on the windows, not just one panel as it doesn’t really give the privacy it should. A curtain on the kitchen window for privacy in the living room as other houses are in view and can see in the window. Stovetop was dirty and hair was found in the main bathroom shower. Ear plug and playing cards were in the chair in the master bedroom. Left window open at night to have cigarette smoke coming in from a tenant smoking on their back porch. Also, would be nice to know when renting as a Vrbo that I am encroaching on people that live there full time, and the washer and dryer is shared with all of the tenants. That’s shared laundry. I don’t think that was stated. I have stayed at other properties in the area and paid less with better accommodations. Ohh, and for a house that is suppose to sleep 7, there wasn’t even that many plates to eat off of. No pots, pans or baking pans to cook things in the oven. I have pictures.
