Very aggressive timeshare sales

Very aggressive time share push since you first enter. Hotel is nice for loreto but very far from town. Everything is overpriced and food and drinks are just ok but overpriced. Food tasted bland .Drinks not great and cheap alcohol They aggressively hound you until you agree to timeshare presentation. I did not agree so i had to pay full price for everything and staff was obviously informed that we were not doing timeshare presentation so higher up staff was rude and very dismissive to us whole stay. Feel bad for lower staff they work hard and they don't even keep their tips. I tipped cash they can keep that. Even hotel exchange rate is 2 pesos less then everywhere else in loreto so my food and drink bill was 17000 pesos and when they converted to dollars the used 16 pesos in town all other hotels were using 18 so the pocket $200 US dollars on exchange. Just to greeedy and shady for my taste, especially For loreto which is not like Cabo . It's a nice quiet and simple Place, this hotel is shady doesn't match the city or vibe of loreto. I've been coming to loreto since 2003 to fish first and last time at villas.

Este hotel es muy bonito, realmente te relajas el las instalaciones y con los paisajes que tienes del mar increibles. las areas de albercas con agua templada realmente te la pasas muy relajado. el servicio en general muy bueno los empleados muy atentos y buscando la oportunidad de ayudarte si requieres algun servicio. me gusto mucho este hotel
