Estrella del Mar – “Star of the Sea” – is a newly remodeled casa in the heart of Loreto Bay with a fresh color palette that reflects the natural beauty and tranquility of this special place. Adjacent to a large community courtyard and fountain, enjoy the sea breezes, vibrant vegetation, and vast array of bird species from all outdoor living areas this home has to offer. Location doesn’t get any better than this; a short one minute walk to the beach and Sea of Cortez allows you easy access to the Loreto Bay National Marine Park. We enjoyed our stay in Loreto, including some whale watching and daily use of the wonderful lap pool. We were also very impressed with the quality of Casa Estrella Del Mar. It was very nicely laid out with nice touches such as the high quality bed linens, nice dishes, plenty of beach towels and all very clean. I especially liked the cool glassware.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay, but a few things we felt could have been better. Dishwasher wasn't working and our contact said repairman would be there next day---no show! Umbrella stand for the second-floor area was broken at the base, so not really usable. Unit was very clean but gave the appearance of being well used and ready for some "sprucing" up. May only be used as a rental as that would explain the worn/unimproved appearance. One of the promised bikes had a flat, so we skipped bike riding. Chairs in the entry courtyard were really ratty in appearance and the first thing we saw on entering. Shower in the main floor bathroom may be clogged with sediment as spray is rather erratic. The location is excellent. We offer these observations for future repair/upkeep for the place. Sincerely, Florence L. Drevecky

Extraordinary!

We visited Casa Estrella Del Mar at the end of February to the big inning of March. The best week ever! It was myself, with my husband and 3 of our best friends. Casa Estrella Del Mar was absolutely perfect! The layout is fantastic, the rooms are spacious, and the natural light is amazing. We felt so comfortable and at home there. We had an incredible experience staying in this home. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, and the property was spotless and well-maintained The property manager was not only very informative, but she even went above and beyond to let us know of a special astronomical event going on during the alignment of the planets. My husband and I are astronomy aficionados and ran at the chance to go to this amazing event with telescopes and all! We will be staying at Casa Estrella Del Mar anytime we return to Loreto. Our friend is already planning to return nest summer with her family. Thank you Trevor for sharing your beautiful home with us. You, your property management team, and your home were extraordinary!

We had a wonderful time. I really enjoyed my morning coffee on the rooftop terrace, looking at the mountains behind us. It was also a very short walk to the beach, which I enjoyed walking every morning. Our girls enjoyed the short distance to one of the main pools as well as the french pastries. By far the best pastries I have had in my life. Frrsh every day.
