Beautiful custom Home. Amazing Ocean View
Welcome to Paradise. "Casa Tortuga" FN214 is a beautiful 3 bedroom & 3 1/2 bathroom custom home which is located in the Loreto Bay Founder's neighborhood and is truly like no other home. It is strategically located 75 steps from the beach and 150 steps to the community lap pool for your outdoor enjoyment.
This custom home was architecturally designed and built where the kitchen, dining room, and living room are on the 2nd floor to capture the views of the Sea of Cortez & Sierra de La Gigantic mountain range. The dining room features a gorgeous brick, barrel vaulted ceiling and chandelier that gives warmth and elegance to this room. It also has a large wooden table and chairs that comfortably seats 8. This level also includes the fully equipped kitchen that includes everything that you need to manage your daily food preparation. There is no need for bottled water in this house as it has a water purification system, with an ultraviolet lamp for water throughout the house. The 2nd floor also has 3 large separate patio areas with a BBQ cooking station and a outdoor table seating 6 in one and an outdoor gas fire pit that is perfect for star gazing at night in one of the others.
The 1st floor features all 3 master bedrooms, 1 king bed in one and a queen bed in each of the others and are all ensuite. One of these master bathrooms has an outdoor shower area and a bathtub for soaking. There is also a large game room on this level with a ping pong table, TV, and adjoining garden/patio area!
All of these areas are connected by a large beautiful outdoor courtyard area with palm trees, beautiful murals, and a stunning fountain...
The 3rd floor tower area has incredible views throughout the day. Watching the sunrise over the Sea of Cortez or the gorgeous sunsets over the Sierra de La Gigantic mountain range are fantastic ways to both start and end your day. This tower area also has a covered area and bar table that seats 6 which makes dining in this area magical.
This elegant property comes with 2 bicycles, beach chairs, beach cooler, beach towels, (separate from bath towels), pack & play, and a high chair...
