If interested, please provide # of guests that will be at the property at all time and reasoning for your trip. Book only if price, pictures, location and rules fit your needs. Minimum 25yrs older to book. Only those listed are allowed at the property. House comfortably sleeps 10, but we accept up to 14 guests. For additional guests, you’re welcome to use the foldable floor mattress and futon provided.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Ensure each tv remote is left on the nearest table. Everything should be in the same position where you found it.
Beach badges-(applicable to summer only) 14 Beach must be left in the kitchen where found. Each lost badge will cost 70. Ensure all beach gear were left were found.
Please clean the grill if used. Place all trash in bags in the garbage cans inside the backyard gate near the garage. Do not use the garbage cans on the unpaved driveway, they belong to the neighbor.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
