Our spacious and comfortable Long Beach home sits on on 1/2 acre with private path to 27 miles of sandy Washington beach. West side of highway location for convenient walk to the beach. Furry family is welcome.

This one level home sleeps up to 6 guests and offers plenty of space to relax with two bedrooms, one and a half baths, two large living rooms with smart TV, WIFI, bluetooth sound system with turntable, recreation room with foosball, electric dartboard, patio, grill, fire pit, hammock, and huge yard. Short 5 minute drive to town.

Our home is located in one of "America's Favorite Beach Towns" by ForbesTraveler.com and voted "Best Beach" by Seattle's King-5 TV. Located in Southwest Washington, Long Beach is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers with a new national park, two historic lighthouses, renowned restaurants, antique shops, cranberry bogs, oyster farms and the Ilwaco marina which welcomes avid anglers during salmon and halibut season. Countless outdoor activities for active families which include hiking, biking along the only dune bike trail on the west coast, bird watching, fishing, clam digging, kayaking and golf.

We are a 3.25 hours from Seattle and just over 2 hours from Portland. Wonderful coast vacation add on to either trip.

The host was great and very accessible. The house needs some basic maintenance and a deep clean and definitely pet beds etc. left there need to be cleaned or have renters bring their own - too much other dog smells! Also, not obvious at all from the photos provided that this house is quite a walk to the beach and in a mixed neighborhood with some unsightly neighbors.

This was the best house ever. All the comforts of home and much more. The house is so clean. Huge kitchen and dining. 3 living areas Tv room, quiet living room with fire place and huge windows, game room with footsball, darts, stereo. Fenced in area for the pups. She even had doggie boots!! Washer and dryer. Extra boots. The beds have memory foam cover. No tossing and turning all night. Pillows superb!! Blankets all around. Fire pit outside. Large property! Poop mitts for easy pup clean up. We are going to make this our second home on the beach!!!

I loved the trail to the beach! This is one of my favorite things to do with my dog! We also got to experience the Kite Festival! The beach house was roomy and we had all that we needed. A great place to stay!

3rd times a charm

Pacific Hiway is very busy and drivers behind us were driving up our tailpipe as we tried to see where to turn. The triangle was helpful but the grass needed to be trimmed so we could see the entrance to the drive better. Took 3 tries. Everything about the house and location was wonderful the home was very well equipped, truly above and beyond. We wished the people across the street hadn’t had parties until two in the morning though but we understood. Thank you for sharing your home with us and hope to come back some day.

Good location and well-appointed

Good size for group of 2 adults and 4 kids. Close enough to bike to Discovery Trail or into Long Beach. Nice furnishings and comfortable beds. Neighbor’s decorative lights on fence stayed on throughout the night and master bedroom blinds did not fully cover large windows in bedroom, so bedroom was not satisfactorily dark for sleeping. Also rear fenced yard was very small and could use a little upkeep. Kitchen was well stocked with spices and coffee. Overall, satisfied with stay and would book again.

The beach house is everything we expected and more. A lovely home with all the comforts for families. Such a great location - a short walk to the beach. And what a beach. We appreciated all the personal touches - dog treats, human treats and all the fun toys. Best of all was the peace and quiet and comfort. Communication with the hosts was perfect - they are very generous with their space. Will definitely stay again.

The house was wonderful and very well stocked with more stuff than you’d ever get in a hotel stay! Nice quiet neighborhood, easy walk to the beach and easy to get to town. The only negative is the fact that it’s dog friendly and the tv room smells accordingly. Also the blinds in both bedrooms don’t cover the windows completely, they leave a gap of about 2”. Kinda weird but since there are no close by neighbors I got used to it. Overall it’s definitely worth staying at and we would recommend it as a great choice for any couple or family!

We enjoyed a week long stay at this house.the location is slightly out of town, and we liked the quiet neighborhood, only a short drive to everything we needed.Best feature is the ease of communication with the hosts and their providing everything we needed, plus a lot more. Kitchen is well equipped, with many extras such as a fresh half gallon of milk, many condiments, popcorn, etc.The fenced patio area is a great feature if you’re bringing a dog, as we did.Beds are very comfortable, as are the 2 large living rooms. The one improvement I would suggest is better window coverings in the bedrooms. The blinds let in quite a bit of light, although we adjusted to that.We didn’t get around to using either of the 2firepits, but that (with plenty of firewood) is a nice feature.

Lovely Stay

The home is very beautiful and cozy. It was just our little family and our dogs. We stayed for four days. We felt like it was truly a retreat away from home. The home is decorated very nicely and has all the little things you can imagine you might need in a home. Communication with the owner was amazing. It was perfect! Lovely weekend away!

Perfect for the teens, the dog and I. Such a quiet spot but all of “town” just a 10min drive. Best kitchen goodies that I have seen at a rental in a long time! We could not get the grill to work - the pilot light would ignite but nothing else? Likely user error - we don’t have a grill at home. Recommended!!!

Great experience!

Our family of 4 stayed 4 nights and had such a good time. Home is located in a great spot. Short drive into town and even shorter walk to the beach. Friendly neighbors that waved and chatted with us. All the amenities you could ask for to entertain the adults and kids! Very cozy home and we were never uncomfortable. Hosts were quick to respond and made the process very easy. Highly recommend for a fun beach getaway!

Sweet getaway

Plenty of room to spread out, relax and do just about anything you want. Sit by a fire, watch tv, play games, go to the beach via the private trail. Stocked kitchen, beach boots, plenty of cozy blankets, beds and bedding. It was perfect.
