One of the living rooms overlooks the dining area in a striking mezzanine style, creating an open and airy atmosphere. A WC is also located on this floor for convenience.

• Kitchen & Dining: Located on the lower mezzanine level, the sleek and fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining space, both opening onto a terrace with outdoor dining furniture. This space offers a wonderful outlook over the garden.

• Lower Ground Floor: This floor offers an additional entertainment space with a foosball table, an inviting living area, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a full bathroom. The indoor pool room is a standout feature, allowing guests to enjoy a private swim in any season, making this home a perfect year-round retreat. A utility room with a washer and dryer ensures added convenience for longer stays.

• First Floor: This level has two bedrooms – one designed as a children’s room but featuring a double bed, making it suitable for adults as well.
