The Space:
• Ground Floor: This level features two beautifully designed living rooms with modern decor, plush seating, and ample natural light. One of the living rooms overlooks the dining area in a striking mezzanine style, creating an open and airy atmosphere. A WC is also located on this floor for convenience.

• Kitchen & Dining: Located on the lower mezzanine level, the sleek and fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining space, both opening onto a terrace with outdoor dining furniture. This space offers a wonderful outlook over the garden.

• Lower Ground Floor: This floor offers an additional entertainment space with a foosball table, an inviting living area, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a full bathroom. The indoor pool room is a standout feature, allowing guests to enjoy a private swim in any season, making this home a perfect year-round retreat. A utility room with a washer and dryer ensures added convenience for longer stays.

• First Floor: This level has two bedrooms – one designed as a children’s room but featuring a double bed, making it suitable for adults as well. The second bedroom is tastefully decorated with neutral tones and contemporary furnishings. These rooms share a spacious full bathroom. A few steps up leads to the luxurious master suite, which boasts a generous walk-in wardrobe and a stunning en-suite bathroom with both a bath and a walk-in shower.

• Second Floor: A dedicated office space provides a quiet and inspiring environment for remote work. This level also features a full bathroom and a large, elegantly styled bedroom with its own en-suite, designed with modern, minimalist aesthetics and warm, neutral tones that enhance the sense of space and relaxation.

Guest Access:
The home utilises a self check-in process, after check-in guests will have access to the entire home at all times during their stay.

A short journey brings you to attractions such as Camden Market, Regent’s Park, and the West End’s bustling entertainment scene. East Finchley Underground Station (Northern Line) is just a short walk away, providing direct access to central London in under 20 minutes. Several bus routes serve the area, making it easy to explore the city. Taxis and ride-sharing services are also readily available for added convenience. The home offers a parking space for those who wish to explore the area via car.

Other Things to Note:
The home is spread over multiple levels with lots of internal stairs, it is not suitable for guests with limited mobility or wheelchair users.

The home is currently for sale, this means that property viewings need to occur during your stay. On the morning of the viewing, we send in a member of our cleaning team to tidy the home. We will always provide advanced notice of a viewing tidy, and viewing. Each viewing typically lasts for 10 minutes.

***Please note: There is a fish tank at the property that requires regular maintenance. A trusted team member will briefly visit every second day to feed the fish and, if necessary, clean the tank. Visits are quick and non-intrusive, and we’ll always aim to do this at a convenient time for you.
