What a great stay, we loved the hotel, everyone was friendly and helpful, great atmosphere, and had everything we would need, including an amazing breakfast. We liked the neighborhood, it’s a bit of a trek to get into central London if that what you’re wanting, but very easy, even with two kids in tow. Loved exploring Kew gardens right across the river and had a lovely walk down the canal right outside the hotel. Try the Indian food across the street, loved it.

The location is great. Lots of good restaurants close by, beautiful locks, and access to walking. The rooms need upgrading, so they come across as rough along the edges. But it wouldn’t stop me from staying again. I had a patio room and the patio was wonderful. Close to Heathrow. Adequate breakfast.

Amazing breakfast and even better beer. Good selection of draft, tap, and bottles. Good and friendly service. The room had the typical brittish dinged up and broken style but so has every other room in London I've been in (around 25 different business hotels).
