Great apartment very centrally located and possibly even more importantly within a couple of minutes of Gloucester road, in a very safe neighborhood. Staff are receptive to requests and helped out well Apartment itself is spacious and ideal for 4 people. The main area is air conditioned, the bedroom isn't. It was sweltering one night in the bedroom even with the window open and air con on in the main room. The property is well presented, newly decorated and had a very clean well maintained bathroom I'd definitely return here

During my three-day stay, the hot water heater failed to work. Despite multiple attempts to fix it, no one was able to resolve the issue. Additionally, the dryer in the apartment was also malfunctioning. When we attempted to use the dryer after washing clothes in the washer, we complained about its non-functioning state. However, the maintenance team responded by stating that the dryer was currently out of service.
