Villa independiente construida en piedra, originalmente una torre de vigilancia medieval, cerca de Florencia

La villa es el edificio más antiguo de una pequeña aldea medieval y data del siglo XIII, originalmente fue una torre de vigilancia, recientemente ha sido restaurada manteniendo su estructura original. Las habitaciones están todas en el primer piso, mientras que la planta baja no está habitada. la amplia sala de estar es central y tiene su piso de piedra original y chimenea, las 2 ventanas ofrecen una vista maravillosa del valle y una vez, desde una de ellas, se podía ver la hermosa piscina (13x7m), ahora los árboles altos crecen en medio . Tanto la sala de estar como la cocina se abren en un gran porche ideal para sentarse y comer al aire libre. Dos de las habitaciones tienen camas dobles y una tiene 2 camas individuales, todas las habitaciones tienen sus techos con vigas de madera originales. Ambos baños son modernos y cómodos. La villa tiene un jardín privado, grande y vallado provisto de muebles de exterior y una exuberante pérgola de uvas. La piscina se encuentra a 250 metros de la villa y se comparte con los huéspedes de otra casa de vacaciones de la aldea medieval que pertenece a la familia del propietario. En mayo y octubre es posible que necesite calefacción, la calefacción central cómoda está incluida en el precio del alquiler

La aldea medieval era parte de una granja centenaria que pertenecía a la familia de mi madre. La granja ahora está a cargo de mis sobrinos, cultivan productos orgánicos y pueden ofrecer un excelente aceite virgen extra de nuestros olivares y un excelente vino de sus hermosos viñedos. Torre della Musica (la villa que ofrezco en alquiler) es una de las 5 casas que componen la aldea medieval, me pertenecen a mí y a mis hermanas. Paso todo el tiempo que puedo en una casa cerca de Torre della Musica porque el lugar es verde y tranquilo y está cerca de Florencia, incluso si está aislado.
En verano, después de una excursión de un día a una de las ciudades de arte de la Toscana, apreciará su regreso a Torre della Musica, donde las noches siempre son frescas.

Beautiful

Adrianna is a lovely host and the villa is beautiful with amazing views and a very well kitted out kitchen which makes food prep easy. You can drive down to contea Londa and get the train to the centre of Florence (we did it a few times). The pool area is really lovely.

Old World Charm

The stone house was like stepping back into the time of castles and knights. The setting was up in the hills above the nearest town. The hostess was kind and helpful. It provides the experience of living, shopping and driving through rural Italy.

Simply great!

We stayed at torre della musica for two weeks. Adriana is a wonderful host. The house is remarkable, outside and also interior. The kitchen was the best and most complete we saw in a long while. The distance to the pool was a bit more than we anticipated, but that was not a problem. Overall, we were very happy with everything. Full recommendation!

Tranquility and Beauty in the Tuscany Hillside

My family and I stayed at Adriana's home for 6 nights. We found it full of character, beautifully decorated, yet easy to care for with a 3 and 5 year old. The yard was large and fenced in so the little ones could safely play outside. The rooms were spacious and lovely. Everything about this house has character. We loved sitting outside in the evening on the outdoor porch, drinking wine and talking. The view is stunning from the house and is, in our opinion, the top house in that area. It is a little walk to the pool but worth it. The view and tranquility surround you as you soak up the sun or swim in the pool. The train is easy to catch but you need to get the schedule beforehand to plan your trip- look for the "R" sign, as the R stands for train, otherwise you can take the bus in. Trains run frequently to Florence (50 minutes to get there) and you are dropped off at the city center. Adriana was very helpful and speaks English which was a help to us. Even though it is a late check-in you can spend some time at the pool before hand, with confirmation from Adriana, and just keep your luggage in your car until check in, so don't let the late check-in deter you. We loved this house and location so much we really didn't want to leave! Sharon D. Toronto Canada

Magical property and gracious hospitality

Our stay at Adriana's gorgeous home exceeded our expectations. She is a kind, energetic, responsive host exuding Italian dolce vita not only in our interactions but also in the way she has created this magical property. There are happy flowers all over--inside and out--and the Tuscan landscape is gorgeous both near (right outside the doors and windows) and far on the surrounding hillsides. The home was perfectly neat, elegant, tastefully and traditionally decorated, well-stocked. We enjoyed sleeping with open windows which allowed us to wake to a symphony of birds each morning. The home is a very old watch tower, which provides quite an aesthetic vibe, but is also modern and comfortable in the important ways (i.e., the bathrooms and kitchen!) The pool area is a short hike down the hill and absolutely worth the walk. It's beautiful, serene, perfectly Tuscan and quite photogenic. My boys loved being in that pool and their only regret from our trip is that we spent more afternoons lounging there. I discovered a lovely hike (1-hour loop) from the property, and Adriana provided great tips for local restaurants and outings. Florence is about an hour's drive away--not too bad--although the fifteen minutes from Londa to the property is gorgeous but a narrow road that is a bit harrowing the first time but you habituate after a couple runs. Our most perfect afternoon of all our two weeks in Italy was a summer rainstorm that swept over the property. This place is the perfect combination of an elegant, classic structure plus natural elements of birds, bees, and rolling slopes. Along with Adriana's kindness and zest, this place is very special indeed. Thank you.

Heavenly!

We can not say enough good things about this property or about our hostess Adriana who lives in the house next door. She greeted us and spent time showing us all the features of this well-equipped house and even presented us with a bottle of delicious red wine from her family's vineyard and put vases of her beautiful pink roses in every room! She made sure we were comfortable and gave us great tips for visiting the region and local restaurants. She was always there to cheerfully answer any questions we had and spoke excellent English. Although the house is remotely located, we did not mind the drive through the hills since we were well rewarded with fantastic views of the Tuscan hills and a home with true character. Adriana has made sure that the home really feels like your home by providing a comfortable bed with nice linens and soft towels, a well stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils and comfortable sitting areas both inside and out. It is beautifully decorated with her own personal treasures and was extremely clean and well cared for. One can tell she has a true pride of ownership of this property! We enjoyed our breakfasts and dinners on the covered terrace filled with pots of red geraniums and evenings listening to the sounds of nature. Although there is no air conditioning, the thick stone walls keep the inside temperature pleasantly cool and there are screens on the bedroom windows which provide plenty of air flow during the evening hours. We actually looked forward to returning to this rental every day to enjoy its ambience and relax in its surroundings after touring Tuscany in the hot summer sun. I highly recommend staying here and experiencing the true heart of Tuscany!

Paradise found !

I really don't know where to start ! The house should be a national heritage sight: the tower dates back to the middle ages and the feeling to live in it a real experience. But don't be mistaken: although the building is so old it is very well renovated ! The bathrooms a very new and well functioning - we have been in quite a few italian houses and never found such a high standard in the bathrrooms: They not only look nice but also work well, which isn't always the case in other houses....Adding to the wonderful ambiente of the building is the extremly tasteful furnishing by the owner and the devoted decoration of all the rooms. Entering the house you can immediatley feel that the owner has put her heart in this place - it is so warm and inviting and extremely pretty. When we arrived it was thoroughly clean and fresh little flowers in virtually every room, we looked at the place and felt so much at home ! Then the Garden: Although the owner comlained about the very dry summer this year that had dried out the whole place we still found it extremely beautyful: There a three main sitting areas where you can sit and relax or read or eat or have a barbecue and each one has its special charm - one for the morning, one for the afternoon and one for dinner.... you can take your pick ! Then the pool: a little walk away and shared with others - but very well kept on a big green lawn with a spectacular view overlooking the surrounding mountains and quite big that you can really swim in it. And while we were there all the other guests were absolutely nice and considerate, so we actually enjoyed meeting some people there. And what about the surroundings ? Well, you can go and have dinner in the surrounding villages, go on a wine tour and see the neighbouring olive mill, go horsebackriding and go to Florence and many things more. But I have to admit that we didn't do any of these things that we had planned beforehand! It was so lovely on the estate of torre de la musica that we ended up relaxing in the garden, swimming in the pool, walking around the neighbourhood and cooking at home. Paradise found !

Herrlicher Wasserturm aus dem 13. Jahrhundert, top renoviert. Vielleicht etwas dunkel und relativ einsam. Was fehlt, ist eine Terrasse mit Sonnenlicht. Der gezeigte Pool ist nicht am Haus.

Wunderschöne Steinvilla mit Geschichte

Bein Anreise im August 2024 wurden wir sehr nett von Adriana der Gastgeberin empfangen. Wir wurden in die Geschichte der Steinvilla aus dem 13 Jahrhundert von Adriana eingeführt. Die Villa ist sehr gut erhalten und aufwendig mit ursprünglichem Erhalt renoviert. Hier kann man Ruhe finden, mit tollen Wanderwegen. Der Pool liegt ein paar Meter weg (8 min. Fußweg) und ist ein Gemeinschaftspool, eine sehr gepflegte Anlage. Man sollte wissen, das die Straße zum Haus sehr schmal ist. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und sind erholt nach Hause gekommen. Wir bedanken uns bei Adriana für die Gastfreundlichkeit. Das Haus war sehr sauber und uns wurden Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt.

Wunderschönes Objekt inmitten toller Natur

Genau solche Häuser mögen wir- altehrwürdig mit viel Holz und Steinen, und das alles in einem tollen Zustand. Liegt in Bergen der Toskana, Natur pur, zwei prima Bäder, Küche mit allem was man üblicherweise benötigt, großes Wohnzimmer, mehrere Schlafzimmer, Veranda, Parkplatz innerhalb des Grundstückes.

Alles in Allem sehr schön und sauber. Die Gastgeberin Adriana ist sehr nett. Der Pool ist ebenfalls top, dürfte aber etwas näher liegen. Da das Haus außerhalb liegt, ist ein Auto für die tägl. Besorgungen (Frühstück) erforderlich.

Toskana Urlaub 2022

Das wunderschöne Steinhaus liegt in den Hügeln zwischen Londa und Vierle. Das Haus bietet Alles was man für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub benötigt. Der Poolbereich ist eine sehr gepflegte Anlage. Die Vermieterin Adriana ist sehr nett und kümmert sich um Alles.

Ein Urlaub zum Träumen im Torre de la Musica

Das Haus ist absolut zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ruhebedürftige, man gelangt jedoch mit dem Auto auch rasch und problemlos nach Florenz und in die Umgebung. Eine Bahnststion befindet sich ebenfalls in der Nähe. Haus und Grundstück befinden sich in tadellos gepflegtem Zustand.. Adriana, die Gastgeberin, hat alles mit großer Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und wunderbar dekoriert. Alle notwendigen technischen Geräte - insbesondere Waschnaschine und Geschirrspüler - sind vorhanden. Besonders reizvoll ist der Ausblick ins Tal. Man erreicht fußläufig den Swimming Pool des Hauses, der sich ca. fünfhundert Meter hangabwärts befindet. Auch diese Anlage ist hervorragend gepflegt und idyllisch zwischen Olivenbäumen gelegen. Adriana hat uns einen herzlichen Empfang bereitet. Wir wurden mit einer Flasche selbst gekeltertem Wein und Olivenöl aus eigener Herstellung begrüßt; überall im Haus befanden sich frische Blumen. Adriana war immer ansprechbar und hat uns viele wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Der Kontakt mit ihr war sehr freundlich. Am Ankunftstag hat sich Adriana für uns sogar um einen Tisch in einem nahegelegenen Restaurant gekümmert. Unbedingt empfehlenswert ist übrigens auch die Weinführung bei Tommaso, der ein nahe gelegenes Weingut bewirtschaftet und dessen Kontaktdaten über Adriana erfragt werden können. Unser Fazit: Ein rundum gelungener, fabelhafter Aufenthalt!

Een geweldig verblijf

We verbleven met een groepje van 6 volwassenen 10 dagen in het huisje. Het huis is erg gezellig en was een absolute meerwaarde voor onze vakantie. Het zwembad was iets verder van het huis dan wij aanvankelijk verwacht hadden. (Wandeling van ongeveer 7 minuten.) Je deelt het zwembad met een aantal andere vakantiehuisjes, maar toch was het er steeds rustig en kon ieder zijn eigen ding doen. De periode dat wij in het huis verbleven was het erg warm, het huis bleef echter vrij koel. Adriana is een heel aangename gastvrouw. We kregen een fles wijn en flesje olijfolie bij aankomst. Later verwees ze ons door naar haar neef, die een wijngaard heeft en waar we een wijnproeverij deden. Dit was erg leuk! Een echte aanrader!

Super für Familien

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist traumhaft. Abgeschieden und mit Blick über die Hügel. Adriana hat uns in Empfang genommen und alles erklärt. Auch bei Fragen stand sie uns immer zur Seite und hat ihre Hilfe angeboten. Für die Kinder war der Pool natürlich toll. Er ist groß und etwas abseits gelegen, was aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ruhig und einzigartig

Ganz tolles Haus!!! Der Garten ist eingezäunt, perfekt für den Hund. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben - für alle anderen Aktivitäten muss man mit dem Auto fahren :) Adriana ist sehr freundlich und hat sich sehr gut gekümmert. Vielen Dank!

Belle maison

Une maison magnifique très bien èquipée et confortable Arianna la propriétaire fut très accueillante . Elle nous a bien expliqué la maison et nous a même laissé une bouteille de vin et d huile. La vue magnifique .

Off the beaten path - in a good way

This property is special. My goal in Italy was to not have everyone else’s holiday, and this place delivered. I won’t lie - I was a bit intimidated by the drive up to the house initially, but by the next day I was a pro. Didn’t spend much time in town other than shopping at the market. Easy train to Florence from the Contea-Londa station. Above all else, Adrianna is a pleasant and responsive host.

Absoluter Geheimtip!

Wir hatten eine absolut erholsame Woche im Haus von Adriana! Die Villa ist einfach wunderschön, man hat das Gefühl in einem Museum zu wohnen. Die Lage ist sehr idyllisch - man muss allerdings dazu sagen, dass das Haus ungefähr 4,5km weit entfernt vom Dorf auf einem Berg liegt. Für uns war es ideal, es ist sehr ruhig und man hört nachts nichts ausser Grillenzirpen. Der Pool ist etwa 250m weit entfernt aber gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Traumhafte Lage auch vom Pool mit weitem Blick über das grüne Tal. Adriana wir danken dir für den herzlichen Empfang, die liebevolle Blumendekoration im Haus und die schöne Zeit!
