It is fine if you just need a bed to sleep on and nothing else. I love the no paperwork on check-in- key already sitting on the counter when we arrived. But... Our shower didn't work, and the front office was always locked when we stopped by for something. We slept and left. It was fine.
Management sent us an email saying including those things in reviews was silly because they would fix it if people would just text them. I really didn't want to stand in a monsoon puddle to get their number (taped to office door) at 11:00pm when the power was out, so chose to handle it different ways. I wasn't going to leave a review until they emailed offering a discount to leave one that was just positive. Personally, instead of calling these reviews silly, I think they should take the feedback and improve- include enough towels to last 3 nights of you aren't going to provide cleaning service the entire time we are there. (I don't want to have to text someone to get towels at 11pm after running through a rain storm to learn we didn't get new ones that day. Why did I only have 2 begin with?) Hot water coming out of BOTH faucets? Again ... Not a problem I want fixed at 11pm after texting someone.
I am fine if my review is labeled silly. I think sending me an email complaining about previous customers being honest online is silly.
