I have about 60 photos showing how dirty/unkempt this place is. Looks like the online photos are a few years old and don't accurately show the house. The amount of hairs we found in the bed sheets, towels, furniture, and all over the floor and windowsills was too much. There was wrappers, used tissues, chapstick, dust, and dead bugs under the beds and couch and every windowsill and the rugs were rumpled and disgusting. There was items from previous guests like hair ties. There was dirt and crumbs on the floor in every room. The kitchen had cereal on the ground and random sprays of various liquids all over the backsplash and floors, hair and splatter in microwave and fridge along with crumbs. The bathroom had a contact lens on the baseboard and a gross mysterious brown spot on the wall and hair and dust everywhere there was a surface, the shower had what looks like black mold in every corner and more hairs of different types from other renters. Bugs everywhere so we had to keep taking them outside. So many splatters of food and other things on the couch, ground and windows. Some curtains and blinds don't fully close and a big window by the door and the window on the door had none so you could see right through to the bedroom so privacy is questionable. The door that connects this rental to the other attached rental was unlocked when we arrived which made us anxious. I could go on but this won't let me type anymore, recommend avoiding this place.
