Can Bosquet is a historic 17th-century manor house in the center of the island, ideal for families and groups, sports tourism (cycling), retreats, and family gatherings, located in a unique setting. <br>A place especially suited for getting away from the daily grind, offering unique and relaxing accommodations: a hot tub, sauna, and pool.<br>It features a bicycle parking area with racks, as well as tools for repairs. Recommended routes are available for download right from the house.<br><br>The house consists of a first floor plus two upper floors, with over 800 m² of living space on a 1,800 m² lot. <br>Its seven bedrooms are spacious, and some still retain an old-world charm, with canopy beds and large windows. <br>It has five bathrooms and several exits leading to the terrace and a spacious backyard. It features a very cozy fireplace in the spacious living room that opens onto the garden, as well as a kitchen equipped with everything needed to cook and prepare any meal (stove, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, dryer, washing machine, full set of kitchenware, oven, microwave). <br>The house has Wi-Fi, a security alarm, and gas heating. It is an old house with thick walls that make it more resistant to heat and cross-ventilation that keeps it cooler in the summer. Guests are provided with a full set of towels upon arrival, as well as bedding.<br><br>The house is located 500 meters from the center of Lloseta, a town that serves as a great starting point for various excursions through the Serra de Tramuntana, as well as for exploring an interesting array of dining options, including excellent restaurants where you can sample traditional Mallorcan dishes made with locally sourced ingredients.<br>Its location in the center of the island makes it easy to get around—whether as a starting point for cycling and hiking trails or for reaching the coastal beaches in 25 minutes: Palma is 30 minutes away, the beaches of Muro and the airport are 30 minutes away, and Es Trenc is 1 hour away.
