Ein Ort zum Abschalten – traumhafte Aussicht inklusiveWir haben in der Villa TRAUMBLICK eine unvergessliche Zeit verbracht. Das Haus liegt herrlich ruhig auf einer Anhöhe mit spektakulĂ€rem Blick auf das Mittelmeer – ideal, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und neue Energie zu tanken.Die Ausstattung lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen: moderne KĂŒche, gemĂŒtliche Schlafzimmer, großes Wohnzimmer zwei großzĂŒgige Terrassen mit Gasgrill und Pavillon und ein herrlicher Pool – alles sehr gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.Die Betreuung vor Ort war herzlich und sehr zuverlĂ€ssig, die Kommunikation mit den EigentĂŒmern stets schnell und unkompliziert.Ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die man wissen sollte: In besonders ruhigen NĂ€chten nimmt man das gelegentliche Bellen einiger Hunde in der Umgebung etwas stĂ€rker wahr. Auch wĂ€ren Fliegengitter in den Schlafzimmern an den Fenstern wĂŒnschenswert – sie hĂ€tten die ein oder andere nĂ€chtliche MĂŒckenjagd vielleicht verhindert. Dennoch hat das unseren Gesamteindruck nicht getrĂŒbt.FĂŒr uns war es ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen und Kraft tanken – Vielen Dank, dass wir euer schönes Zuhause genießen durften!

Perfekter Aufenthalt in einem traumhaften Ferienhaus!

Wir hatten das GlĂŒck unseren Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus in Spanien zu verbringen. Der Urlaub war einfach fantastisch und wie es immer so ist, wollten wir nicht, dass der Urlaub endet. Wir erinnern uns sehnsĂŒchtig an das Haus, die Umgebung und den Strand. Das Haus ist modern, hochwertig, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die KĂŒche bietet alles, was man zum Kochen braucht und der offene Wohnbereich ist gemĂŒtlich und einladend. Direkt von der KĂŒche gelangt man auf die große Terrasse, welche mit Liegen, mit einem großen Esstisch und einem Gasgrill versehen ist. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der atemberaubende Blick auf das Meer und die Stadt von der Terrasse – einfach herrlich, um den Tag mit einem Kaffee zu beginnen oder den Abend bei einem Glas Wein ausklingen zu lassen. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal. Es befindet sich in einer ruhigen Villengegend und sowohl die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Aldi (ca. 6km entfernt), die örtlichen Restaurants, als auch die StrĂ€nde( 8km -14km entfernt je nach Strand) waren nur wenige Autominuten vom Haus entfernt. Die Gastgeber Bea und Uwe waren Ă€ußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und haben uns mit tollen Tipps fĂŒr AusflĂŒge und Restaurants versorgt. Wir fĂŒhlten uns von Anfang an willkommen und gut betreut. Als Tipp zur Anreise fĂŒr zukĂŒnftige GĂ€ste. Der Flughafen Girona ist nur 25km von dem Haus entfernt. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus wĂ€rmstens empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nĂ€chsten Aufenthalt!

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir (4 Erwachsene) hatten Anfang September 2023 das Haus fĂŒr 14 Tage gemietet. Vom 1. Tag an war alles perfekt. Der Empfang, die Lage, Aussicht, Pool und das ganze Haus an sich. Dazu noch der unkomplizierte Kontakt zum Vermieter + Magarita vor Ort. Wir hatten uns bisher noch nie so schnell in einem Haus in Spanien so wohl gefĂŒhlt. Erholung pur!!! Ein Urlaub der keine WĂŒnsche offen lies

Wir haben in KW 33 und 34 Urlaub in Llloret bei Familie Hagmayer im Ferienhaus verbracht. Schon bei vorherigen Fragen wurde alles schnell und freundlich von Frau Hagmayer beantwortet und zum Teil auch noch vor Ort von ihr recherchiert. Der Ablauf als es dann endlich soweit war kann man sich gar nicht besser vorstellen, alle sehr Hilfsbereit auch die Dame bei der SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe vor Ort war freundlich und man konnte mit ihr reden wenn was sein sollte. Der Poolboy kam zwei mal die Woche um den Pool zu sĂ€ubern, auch dieser zeigte sich sehr flexibel das die Poolnutzung zu den Hauptzeiten gewĂ€hrleistet war. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war wie beschrieben und es war alles vor Ort was man so braucht. FĂŒr die Kleinste war sogar ein Kinderstuhl, ein Laufwagen und ein Treppengitter im Inventar. Alles super. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Liebe GrĂŒĂŸe Familie Gummel und Merkel

Traumvilla mit grandiosem Blick

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Der Blick auf den Ort Lloret und das Meer ist einmalig. Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe verlief reibungslos, die EigentĂŒmer waren zufĂ€llig auch vor Ort. Super nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Alles was man braucht ist im Haus vorhanden. Der Pool wurde zweimal pro Woche gereinigt ohne eine Störung. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Haus mit netten EigentĂŒmern.

Unser Urlaub in Llorett

Ich glaube noch nie war es so einfach Kontakt aufzunehmen. Wir bekamen sogar Fragen vor der eigentlichen Buchung beantwortet, es ging flott, war immer herzlich - wir sind schon viel gereist - noch nie so unkompliziert. Vor Ort war das Haus fĂŒr uns vier super ausgestattet. Wir konnten kochen, und die Bilder entsprachen das erste Mal wirklich der RealitĂ€t. Der Ausblick war ein Traum, der Pool wurde gereinigt und wenn wir Fragen hatten, bekamen wir immer eine schnelle Antwort. Ihr merkt schon, wir wĂ€ren gerne lĂ€nger geblieben. Eines ist auf jeden Fall klar: wir kommen wieder. Lasst euch nicht abschrecken von der Party Location Llorett. Vom Haus aus habt ihr einen wunderschönen ruhigen Blick darauf. Wer eher Ruhe sucht wird in der Umgebung ganz bestimmt auf seine Kosten kommen. FĂŒr uns ein rundum gelungener Urlaub - wir kommen wieder ❀

Vacances reposantes et agreable

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueillis par Beate qui s’est pliĂ©e en quatre pour rĂ©soudre les difficultĂ©s que nous avons rencontrĂ©es Ă  l’installation. Elle est charmante, arrangeante et adorable. La maison est trĂšs bien situĂ©e et trĂšs fonctionnelle avec les chambres en bas et les piĂšces Ă  vivre en haut. L’annĂ©e a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs chaude et nous avons Ă©tĂ© contraints d’acheter des ventilateurs. Sans cela, les nuits auraient Ă©tĂ© vraiment difficiles. Nous les avons laissĂ©s sur place. La vue et la piscine sont les deux points forts de la maison. C’est tellement agrĂ©able et reposant. Deux petites rĂ©serves : les stores extĂ©rieurs sont cassĂ©s et pour maintenir la maison au frais il faut fermer les volets et donc rester dans le noir dĂšs le matin et il n’était pas mentionnĂ© sur l’annonce qu’il faut amener des serviettes de toilette et des draps si vous souhaitez recevoir. On en trouve facilement sur place dans les bazars du coin mais encore faut-il le savoir. BĂ©ate m’a dit qu’elle allait corriger l’annonce. La vrai problĂšme pour qui travaille en indĂ©pendant (donc mĂȘme en congĂ©s) c’est qu’il n’y a pas d’Internet dans la maison et que le rĂ©seau cellulaire ne fonctionne pas top (avec Orange, une cata, impossible de faire un partage de connexion). Nous avons eu du wifi une ou deux journĂ©es le matin trĂšs tĂŽt et plus jamais. Autre point faible, l’électricitĂ© et l’echlairage extĂ©rieur qui est, pour le coup, vraiment insuffisant pour passer des soirĂ©es sur la terrasse. Sinon, la maison est Ă  une heure de Barcelone, il y a de supers restaurants pas loin (le Mas Romeu notamment) un super endroit de ventes de lĂ©gumes direct producteurs. C’était trĂšs chouette. Si vous ne devez pas travailler, tĂ©lĂ©chargez des films et sĂ©ries pour la durĂ©e de votre sĂ©jour et profitez !!!

Verhuurster was vriendelijk. Het huisje had veel gebreken. Rolluik was defect, plafond in de badkamer kwam haast naar beneden en we vonden het huisje niet schoon. Met name badkamer schimmel. Zwembad zou gereinigd worden door “poolboy ” maar beste man is niet geweest aan het water te zien einde van de week veel troep op bodem en geen stofzuiger aanwezig. WiFi is niet aanwezig al staat het wel in de advertentie. Gevraagd om WiFi code maar niet gekregen. Volgens verhuurder waren ze te druk om ons te voorzien van WiFi code en dingen te repareren in het huisje. 6 Ligbedden buiten maar zeker aan vervanging toe. Weer zit er helemaal in en er waren maar 2 grote kussens en 1 kleine voor op de bedjes buiten. Ook ontbrak er een dekbed bij stapelbed. Gelukkig hadden we zelf nog een kleedje in de auto. Van verhuurder hoef je niet veel te verwachten. We hebben er zelf leuke week van gemaakt. Ligging is fantastisch

Das Objekt war top in Form, der Aufenthalt war mehr als nur angenehm. Die Vermieter kamen uns in jeglicher Hinsicht entgegen und der Pool wurde regelmĂ€ĂŸig gereinigt. Meine Familie hat sich in die Aussicht von da oben einfach nur verliebt. Danke fĂŒr Alles wir kommen gerne wieder ❀

TrĂšs belle villa

Nous venons de passer une semaine dans cette villa. Nous Ă©tions deux adultes avec nos deux ados, la maison aurait facilement pu accueillir un couple de plus. La vue est sans conteste le point fort de la villa, que ce soit de la terrasse de l'Ă©tage oĂč nous prenions nos repas ou de la terrasse des chambres et de la piscine , le panorama est exceptionnel. La villa est de construction rĂ©cente, propre, soigneusement dĂ©corĂ©e et entretenue, ce qui n’ est pas toujours le cas des locations en Espagne. Le quartier, Ă©loignĂ© de l’agitation de lloret de mar, est calme et situĂ© Ă  5 minutes en voiture du 1er supermarchĂ© . Beate, notre hĂŽte, a Ă©tĂ© parfaite, allant mĂȘme jusqu’à traduire ses correspondances en français pour faciliter nos Ă©changes ( elle est germanophone). Elle fut Ă©galement comprĂ©hensive sur notre horaire de dĂ©part inhabituel. En conclusion, nous avons passĂ© de trĂšs bons moments dans cette villa.

Top Ferienhaus!

Sehr schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit tollem Meerblick, großzĂŒgigen RĂ€umlichkeiten und Terrassen, sowie natĂŒrlich Pool. Mit wirklich allem, was man braucht, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und an nichts gefehlt, wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefĂŒhlt. Sehr netter, angenehmer Kontakt zu den sehr zuvorkommenden und hilfsbereiten EigentĂŒmern. Angenehm, bzw. positiv ĂŒberraschend war fĂŒr uns auch, dass 2x wöchentlich der Pool gereinigt und die WasserqualitĂ€t geprĂŒft wurde, sodass wir alle ohne Bedenken den Poolspaß genießen konnten. Auch der Außenbereich wurde bei dieser Gelegenheit stets gereinigt. Guter Ausgangspunkt auch fĂŒr AusflĂŒge in die Umgebung, bzw. die KĂŒstenorte der Costa Brava, sowie Barcelona, Girona, usw. Tolles Ferienhaus in Traumlage

Haben uns gleich zu Hause gefĂŒhlt, dank der netten BegrĂŒĂŸung mit allen nötigen Informationen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, die KĂŒche und alle anderen RĂ€ume sind praktisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sind spitze! Die Auswahl an Terrassen und der Ausblick auf Lloret und das Mittelmeer sind kaum zu toppen. Etwas beschwerlich war die Treppe von der Straße zum Haus, bei der Lage aber nicht anders zu lösen. Hatten lediglich ein Problem mit der Waschmaschine, bei der die gute Seele Uschi auch nicht sofort helfen konnte. FĂŒr uns kein Problem. Die WĂ€sche lĂ€uft nicht davon und wird zu Hause gemacht. Schade dass die Zeit schon vorĂŒber ist. Können uns gut vorstellen wieder zu kommen.
