Outdoor space with private pool (7 x 3,5m) and stunning views of the sea and mountains, built in barbecue and a large terrace where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals, as well as a relaxing space where you can enjoy the views. The ground floor flat consists of a living room with TV and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, gas cooker, washing machine, oven, coffeemaker), 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with bathtub. The apartment on the floor above consists of a large living room with TV and fireplace, opening on to a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, Nespresso machine), 2 double bedrooms (1 en suite), 1 bedroom with bunk bed and 1 bathroom with bathtub. Rules and special deposit for young people:



A cash deposit of €150/person must be paid. This will be returned one week after the client’s departure when it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. Parties are totally prohibited as well as making noise after 10:00 p.m. In case of non-compliance with these rules, the client will have to leave the property without any right to a refund.
