We stayed at the purple Loft room for our wedding anniversary, and it's absolutely stunning! Huge, very comfortable bed, lovely decoration, lots of space and beautiful views from the window seat. I never wanted to leave!

Our room was clean and comfortable, we even had an iron and ironing board which was very useful. Hairdryer was good, lovely body wash and shampoo in the bathroom. Good quality bedding and towels. The staff were very courteous and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We had an evening meal which was very good, very generous portions and good quality. The breakfasts were excellent. The car park has quite a few steep steps down to reception but it is possible to walk around the road and it’s easy to drop off and pick up outside of the hotel. It is in a central location and is in the centre of town. Excellent location for walking and sightseeing around the area.
