Spacious, beautifully decorated studio apartment is the perfect place to stay when visiting the green capital of Europe – Ljubljana. Superb location right in the City Centre with only 5 min walking distance to the main bus/train station, attractions & car garage next door.

This comfortable studio apartment has been newly reconstructed in 2020 and is a perfect getaway for a couple or a single traveler, coloured in the shades of blue.
It is a part of a famous building, located on “Bavarski dvor“, right in the city centre of Ljubljana, with walking distance to all points of interest in Ljubljana.
The kitchen offers a fridge, a cooker, coffee machine, water heater, toaster, microwave oven. Coffee and tea are also provided along with some other basic kitchen ingredients.
We also provide fresh linen, towels, a hair dryer and shampoo. There is a fast wi-fi connection.
We have two apartments in this building, both next to each other.
The underground garage where you can safely park your car is just next to our building (parking not included in the price). The garage has a direct entrance to our building.

perfect location, very inexpensive but a couple of small flaws. Communication was polite but slow. Checkin instructions, despite a plea to get them before I boarded my plane to Europe only came a few hours before actual checkin time. The biggest issue was that the place had a distinct locker room smell. I bumped into the host in the hallway on my second day and after exchanging greetings I explained that I thought someone with strong body oder had probably slept in the bed and transferred some disagreeable oder to the synthetic blankets, and that a vinegar soak would likely deal with the issue quickly He just expressed polite disagreement with my assessment and said they were washed regularly pointing to the freshely washed sheets (not blankets) in front of him. I felt bad going over it again several times but I got the impression he would continue to politely disagree. Third, the sloped hallway immediately in front of the inner door was in total darkness.

The property is on the first floor. For some reason, the elevator doesn't go there. This means you have to carry your suitcases upstairs. If you're fit and strong, no problem. If you're elderly or frail, it might be an issue. There's a number of small restaurants around the corner as well as a supermarket. Tick. Easy walk to all of Ljubljana's main tourist attractions. Tick. The host communicated clearly via WhatsApp. Tick.

Wonderful apartment for 2 people in a superb location. Excellent WiFi, good kitchen facilities, very clean, great TV with loads of channels. Comfy beds , very safe . 5 minutes walk from the bus station. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay

A short 2 night break in a central apartment in Ljubljana. Can recommend this apartment for it's location and comfort. The check-in /out was easy and communication excellent. Stylish and clean with good facilities. Easy walk to old town with bars, restaurants and shops. Supermarket practically next door so prosecco can be popped easily into the fridge. Shower hot and bathroom pristine.

Nice apartment well located

The apartment is very clean ,well equipped , comfortable bed and spacious enough for two persons. I had some problem with the middle door to get into the apartment , but the owner assisted me and find a solution to get in the apartment, he has been very available. The wi-fi connection is reliable but isn't working in all the apartment.

Absolutely loved my stay at this property! I came to attend a science congress and I am very sensitive to noise and do not sleep well in noisy environments, yet even though this apartment is in the city centre it was so amazingly quiet! And the host was kind enough to extend my stay for another day at very short notice. It could have not been a better location: walking distance from the congress venue, walking distance from bus/train station and the beautiful Tivoli park. Good price too.

Good location

Some hiccups during checkin as the remote access did not work. That added about an hour to get into the property. Convenient parking garage right next door. Easy walk to the canal and restaurants. Pillows were absolutely awful. Like sleeping on a lumpy brick. Wish one of the categories was comfort.
