We had only one night at the hotel, but it was special in every way. The staff were very professional and helpful, and the hotel itself is simply beautiful. Our room was spacious, spotless, and we were even lucky enough to get a room with a small balcony. The hotel has a wonderful location, right in the heart of old town, so everything is easily walkable. There is underground parking at the hotel next door, and a very good breakfast buffet was included as well. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was right downtown, and a short walk to the castle, the dragon bridge, and restaurants. As others have mentioned there are loud church bells going off frequently, which may not be your thing but are nice if you're in the right mindset.

Great Art deco hotel in centre of town

Very nice hotel. Unique, art deco design. Lots of good points: great location; can’t really get more central! Nice rooms, good breakfast buffet, interesting functional fitness gym, swimming pool and sauna, both infra red and traditional heat. Staff are very professional and helpful. I would happily return. The only negative points are that a lot of the design of the hotel is not particularly functional: the sauna for example is not particularly hot due to a gap in the door and the odd shape of it. The swimming pool, whilst nice, is very small, so no actual swimming, just dipping. The gluteham benches in the gym are not adjustable making them almost useless for most. The underground parking is a minotaurian maze; having a big car would be a real problem. You have to validate your parking every time you want to leave the hotel, and getting the car out, especially if you are 3 levels down, can take about 10-15 minutes, particularly if it’s a busy time. But all these are minor gripes, overall it’s a very good hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

Everything about this location is great. Parking lot filled up one of the nights and we had to park a few blocks down the street. This was very inconvenient with a baby and small children. If this hotel was able to address this issue, they would be the best in Ljubljana.
