Perfect villa

The villa is amazing - exactly as the listing photos show - immaculatly presented and everything you could need. It was perfect for our group of two families. Many hours were spent enjoying the pool and taking in the views. Communication with the host, Christian, was easy and he was extremely helpful with any issues. It is a gorgeous area with plenty to do and beautiful places to visit such as Pula, Rovinj and Premantura. We were very sad to leave.

Beautiful and relaxing

Beautiful and spacious villa with a wonderful view of the sea. On arrival, the pantry and fridge were already stocked with essentials—great communications with the owner throughout our stay. The horizon pool is a dream and all the toys in the garage provided hours of fun. We loved the outdoor kitchen and the large dining table. Thank you for making our stay so relaxing.

A wonderful Villa for a Family Getaway

Christian and Mary were delightful hosts and their villa is beautiful. Home is exactly as described and pictured. There is a lovely view of the bay from the large swimming pool and sun deck, as well as a shaded outdoor table for outdoor meals. Their villa was the perfect place for a family vacation - It was a nice bonus to have the ping pong table, foosball and pool tables as an additional activity. The villa also provides easy driving access to Pula, Medulin and Rovinj - so it is a great place from which to explore Istria. Thanks for a wonderful week.

Ein tolles Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man für einen Urlaub braucht! Jedes Zimmer ist individuell und komfortabel eingerichtet, die Bäder sind top! Küche hat alles was man braucht! Der Pool ist Mega - das Spielzimmer war für uns ein wichtiger Ort. Die Lage ist auch völlig in Ordnung, man erreicht in der Umgebung binnen weniger Minuten alle wichtigen Orte! Christian ist ein überragender Gastgeber, der sein Haus liebt und absolut im Schuss hat! Wir gegeben 11/10 Punkten und sagen DANKE!

Geweldige accommodatie en gastheer

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Es war ein Urlaub mit der gesamten Familie (8 Leute) inkl. Eltern und Geschwister mit Partner und Kinder. Das Haus bietet viel Platz, jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad mit Toilette. Wir waren von Anfang an begeistert von der Sauberkeit und auch von dem sehr netten Empfang durch die Besitzer!! Gibt es ein Problem oder hat man eine Frage, bekommt man sofort eine hilfreiche Antwort.Insgesamt ein traumhafter Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus mit ausgezeichneter Betreuung durch Christian und Mary.

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Leider zu schnell vorbei. Man hätte es noch länger aushalten können. Die Unterkunft hatte alles was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Der Kontakt mit Christian war super. Haus, Pool und Garten super. Ausblick aufs Meer war auch super.

Spacious, modern villa for a family vacation

Christian and Mary! Our stay was amazing thanks to your expedit and kind help if needed, and for a great villa! The view is amazing, the house is functionally perfect for family vacation, or two families. We were 9 (5 kids/teenagers). All rooms with good aircondition, spacious bedrooms, comfy beds, clean house, gaming room with biliard, table tennis, darts and table football. Great fun for every age. Location is perfekt. Walking distance to the ocean where you can find a couple beachbars, and ocean to cool down if needed. Pool by the house is also very nice and spacious😍. We would highly recommend this villa as vacation base!

Great stay in Ližnjan!

We had a great stay in Christian’s villa in Ližnjan! The check in & out was super easy and the house is awesome! Very modern, super clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Christian even bought some food for us in advance when we arrived. We enjoyed the view from the terrace/pool and had a lot of fun playing table tennis and billiards in the garage. Also the hot tub was great to watch the beautiful starry sky in the night! The villa is perfectly located to visit Medulin, Kap Kamenjak or Pula. We can highly recommend Christian‘s villa to everyone who plans to spend a nice vacation in the south of Istria!

Super Aufenthalt

Wir haben die Zeit in der Villa Marlera in vollen Zügen genießen können. Bereits bei unserer Ankunft lief alles bestens, wir durften auf Nachfrage bereits etwas früher einchecken und wurden mit Snacks und ein paar Grundlebensmitteln im Kühlschrank versorgt. Christian war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Während des Aufenthalts und auch beim Checkout hatten wir keinerlei Probleme, alles war hervorragend!

Wir haben die Zeit in der Villa Marlera sehr genossen. Christian ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Vermieter und die Villa ist ein Traum. Zur Begrüßung war der Kühlschrank bereits mit allem wichtigen gefüllt. Die Villa selbst ist mit allem sehr gut ausgestattet. Grillzange, Salz+Pfeffer & Co., Toaster, Mixer, Sandwichmaker, Spiele etc. es hat an nichts gefehlt. Vom Pool aus genießt man einen herrlichen Blick Richtung Meer und man erreicht in ca. 10-15 min einen Badestrand. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Villa war wir auf den Bildern und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage war ebenso ausgezeichnet. In wenigen Minuten war man sowohl an diversen Strände als auch in der nächst gelegenen Stadt Medulin. Fast jedes Zimmer hatte ein Bad en suite und alles war sehr sauber und neu. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft war ebenso sehr gut! Von Kochutensilien, bis Spiele und Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten war alles vorhanden! Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur Empfehlen. Jederzeit wieder!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa von Christian. Die Kommunikation mit Christian während unseres Aufenthaltes war sehr unkompliziert und wir haben von Ihm gute Tipps erhalten. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles war sehr sauber und das Haus ist ausreichend groß für 8 Personen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Wir (2 Familien, 4 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) hatten wunderschöne und erholsame Ferien in der Villa. Die Fotos und Angaben im Inserat treffen vollkommen zu. Es hat uns an nichts in der Villa gefehlt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und haben gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Sie hatten auch den Kühlschrank am Anreisetag gut gefüllt, so dass der Urlaub stressfrei beginnen konnte. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub in einer fantastischer Villa

Wir haben eine Woche mit 10 Personen (4 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder) in dem Traum-Ferienhaus von Christian und Mary verbracht. Das Haus ist ganz genau wie auf den Bildern abgebildet und bietet sogar noch viel mehr. Der Kühlschrank war bei Ankunft gefüllt, die Gastgeber kamen persönlich zur Übergabe und haben wertvolle Tipps gehabt für Aktivitäten. Der Blick in die Bucht ist atemberaubend! Auch mit vielen Personen bietet das Haus großzügig Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen gern wieder! 1000 Dank!

Fantastic villa with everything you need.

This house is amazing! The house appears well built with all the facilities you need. Great sea views. Several bedrooms with private bathroom and toilet. The house is clean and tidy with very good space and good air conditioning. Outside you can enjoy a beautiful swimming pool, whirlpool, sun loungers, large balconies, outdoor kitchen with barbecue and table space for many. In the house you will also find a games room with table tennis, billiards and darts and laundry room. The rest of the property is beautifully planted with lavender, olive trees, fig trees, rosemary shrubs and other beautiful plants. There is room for more cars in the driveway. It is a short drive to the airport and larger towns. Bathing places can be reached on foot approx. 10 min away. The owner is very nice and helpful. When we arrived, the fridge and dry goods drawer were filled with starters. We can highly recommend this house for a vacation of comfort.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Marlera sehr genossen! Das Haus hat eine perfekte Aufteilung für eine größere Freundesgruppe & eine traumhafte Garten/ Poolanlage. Die Lage ist super - vom Haus aus hat man Meerblick & kann fussläufig Strände erreichen. Bei der Anreise gab es ein kleines Carepaket, sodass man direkt nach Ankunft schon eine Grundaustattung im Haus hatte!
