Quiet, new, private Tuscan estate

Looks old but is new construction with solar panels and wonderful kitchen, each bedroom is a suite -all with traditional Tuscan decor. It is situated in a private olive grove. Not all GPS will find the exact address. The villa is 5 mins from groceries + shopping. Franceso answered our calls quickly and was friendly +accommodating. We did day trips to all majorTuscan sites- amazing location.
