Enjoy your stay in our spacious and peaceful 3 bedrooms, two baths apartment. Our place is part of a two-family villa with large garden and fruits/vegetables orchard on the in Quercianella, a renowned seaside location.

The property is located on a hill, 1 km from the sea (18 minutes walk). It offers a relaxing and quiet environment, especially suitable for families. There is the possibility to eat outdoors in two different areas. Outdoor barbecue and indoor fireplace available for the winter months. The large garden is in part shared with the next-door nieghbors (front garden) and in part private (side and back garden).

Pros and cons

Pros: Very kind and helpful host Sandra. Nice location, safe residential area, parking spots available on the street. Very nice garden surrounding the house, fig tree, vegetables, house with character, beautiful cosy living and dining room. A lot of household goods, towels and other consumable supplies available, excellent! Cons: The house is suitable for maximum 4 medium tall people. The third "room" for 3 more people is a ridiculously low attic with an average ceiling height of 1.6m. Very annoying. The upper "bath room" is just a toilet, no shower. Advertised to be for up to 8 people, the house has only ONE (ONE!) shower place in bad shabby hostel quality on the floor in front of the toilet bowl. My family and me found this not to be acceptable. Other than stated, the house is not air-conditioned, just one of the 5 rooms, the low attic, has air conditioning for surviving hot summer days. The house is one half of a twin house both parts for rent, so the two terraces front and rear have no privacy at all, hope your neighbor guests do not smoke, our did. All the locks of all doors, all windows and all blinds do not work properly. A one week locksmith job is waiting here. Finally, only people smaller than 1.65m can handle pots on the stove without banging their head on the exhaust hood. We think there are too many adverse features not mentioned in the house description. We wouldn´t have chosen this house if we had known before.

Urlaub Quercianella

Der Ort Quercianella hat nicht so viel zu bieten. Stein oder Felsenstrand muß man mögen. Die Unterkunft war nicht so gut, das Haus ist halt alt, riecht auch dementsprechend muffig sobald die Fenster eine Weile geschlossen sind. Warmes Wasser zumm Duschen war auch schwierig. In den Zimmern gibt es keine Schränke und nur wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten.Insgesamt sind die Zimmer für 4 Erwachsene nicht geeignet. Wenn man mit Hund verreist kann der Garten nicht benutzt werden, wenn die Katze des Nebenhauses da ist, nur ein kleiner betonierter Bereich hinter dem Haus. Die Unterkunft ist insgesamt nicht empfehlenswert.

Traum mit Baum

Davon abgesehen, dass man zuerst einen steilen Berg hochfahren muss, um zur Wohnung zu gelangen - den man dann wieder hinunter muss, um zum Meer zu gelangen - ist das ein tolles Haus. Die Ferienwohnung war perfekt eingerichtet und was uns komplett überzeugt hat, war der wunderschöne Garten. Signora Sandra ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Wer in der Toskana und gleichzeitig am Meer sein möchte, ist hier richtig.

Ideale

Ottimo posto di vacanza, ideale per andare al mare, volendo anche a piedi, ideale altresì per passeggiate nel bosco, raggiungibile velocemente. O anche stando in casa con il bellissimo giardino. La casa è molto accogliente con i suoi mobili anche un po' vissuti che la rendono confortevole. Non ho rilevato problemi di alcun genere. Grazie Manuela De Zani

Excellent séjour

Très bien accueillis par Sandra, très conciliante, avec qui on a pu communiquer en français. La maison est très agréable, elle a une âme, on s'y sent comme à la maison, avec bien des commodités. Les extérieurs très appréciés ( terrasses et parties ombragées ) le jardin est magnifique et le quartier très calme.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir (4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder, Hund und Katze) haben 14 Tage in Sandras Haus unseren Urlaub verbracht. Sandra war eine charmante Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns freundlich empfangen, die Zutaten für die erste Mahlzeit bereitgestellt und uns mit einem selbstgemachten Limoncello überrascht. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren ln ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden, die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Wir durften uns aus dem Garten mit Salat und Basilikum versorgen. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Zeit sehr genossen.
