The appartment is the perfect starting point to visit any interesting point in Tuscany. The view was stunning. You could see the green hills going down into the blue sea. It was calm and Paola and Roberto have been very friendly. Roberto gave us lots of practical tips. The appartment had everything you need and it was enjoyable even at high temperatures, due to the ventilator and the air condition. Thanks a lot for a memorable beautiful stay!!!!

Great flat and awesome hosts

Our stay in Quercianella was wonderful and we had a great time. Roberto and his family have been the best hosts we ever met. They went beyond everything we would ever have expected during our stay and where always happy to help. The flat is even more beautiful than in the pictures, it was very clean and comfortable. Especially the beds, which were just perfect. We loved the big windows in the bedrooms with nothing but the forest and the ocean outside. We left them open during the nights and could hear the wild pigs roaming around. We will be back next year, can't wait to see all the things we missed this time, like the tour with Roberto through Livorno :) Thanks for everything!

Italian summer vacations in Quercianella

Lovely! We enjoyed two weeks summer holidays in this appartment in Quercianella. It is about 700 m uphill from main street and 1200 m from local beachfront. The location area is quiet, you will only hear cricket chirping every morning and evening. Very relaxing. The owners are very friendly and taking care of everything you may want or need. Just great hosts. Evening wlks with the owner and his dogs are a good experience, too. Nothing to complain about, we would fully recommend this spot. Be aware that you must have a car or even better a scooter to go around. We even took the car for going to the beach, but that might just be a question of age and fitness. We loved it.

Un endroit parfait pour la Dolce vita

La maison est charmante, fonctionnelle et très propre.Elle est divisée en 2 sections, l’avant où se trouvent le salon, la salle à manger et la cuisine et l’arrière, où se trouvent les 2 chambres et la salle de bain.La cuisine est petite (selon des standards nord américains) mais très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée.L’air climatisé est présent dans les 2 chambres seulement mais une porte entre les sections arrière et avant permet de conserver l’air frais dans cette section et se séparer les zones de vie de celles de repos.Une chambre comporte un lit Queen et l’autre 2 lits simples (jumeaux), tous très confortables.L’aménagement extérieur est splendide et permet de profiter du superbe paysage tout en demeurant au frais. Il y a un petit coin déjeuner, une table sous la vigne face à la mer, parfaite pour les lunchs et une grande terrasse pour les soupers qui s’étirent.La maison est située à une quinzaine de minutes à pied du village, qui est charmant.

Traumhafte Wohnung zu Wohlfühlen

Eine Ferienwohnung wie diese haben wir noch nie gesehen... Es war wirklich alles da was man braucht und nochvielmehr...Alles war sauber und die Wohnräume liebevoll eingerichtet...Es gab Kaffee, Öl, Gewürze und auch schon Lebensmittel für das erste Mittagessen waren hergerichtet...Toller Ausblick auf das Meer und überall draussen Sitzgelegenheiten im Schatten. Wir unternahmen jeden Tag Ausflüge in die verschiedenen Buchten mit tollen Stränden und das kleine Städtchen ist wirklich nett und da gibt es alles was man braucht. Wir waren in Volterra, das ist knapp eine Stunde entfernt und wirklich eine Reise wert. Die älteste Stadt Italiens - 3000 Jahre alt. Traumhaft schön gelegen. Wir empfehlen zu 100 % die schöne Wohnung von Paola und Roberto, die zwei sind wirklich herzlich und kümmern sich rührend. Vielen Dank nochmal und liebe Grüße von der Familie Gruber

Urlaub zum Auspannen

Quercianella ist ein hübscher Ort. Die Strände sind sauber und das Naturschutzgebiet mit Wanderwegen vor der Tür. Die Vermieter waren aussergewöhnlich hilfsbereit. Wir hatten kein Auto dabei und Roberto hat uns zum Einkaufen gebracht und vom Zug abgeholt und hingebracht. Das Appartement ist ruhig und es gibt alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Vielen Dank an Roberto und Paula für den tollen Urlaub!

Entspannter Familienurlaub mit Fitness-Programm

Wir haben in dem aus unserer Sicht sehr gemütlichen Apartment 10 entspannte Tage verbracht. Auch wir fanden die Wohnung geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Gerade mit Familie ist es toll, wenn man alles parat hat bzw. nicht alles selbst mitbringen muss (z.B. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Grill, Spiele). Die Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern tut insbesondere in der Nacht gut. Das Apartment ist am Berg gelegen und bietet eine tolle Sicht ins Tal und Meer (Schlafzimmer). Der Garten ist ebenfalls mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, sogar eine Anlage zur Abschreckung der generell in der Gegend vorhandenen Mücken ist vorhanden. Diese wirkt gut, dennoch empfiehlt es sich, sich zusätzlich auch selber noch mit Mückenspray zu schützen. Im Appartment selbst sind Mücken kein Thema, alle Fenster/Türen sind perfekt und sehr komfortabel mit Mückengittern ausgestattet. Wir fanden die Berglage ideal, denn wir haben das Naturschutzgebiet jeden Morgen als Jogg- und Walking-Areal genutzt und sind dadurch richtig fit geworden. Das Areal geht zwar steil bergauf, die Aussicht und die körperliche Fitness entschädigen jedoch dafür. Ein Auto ist bei der Lage notwendig sowohl für Ausflüge (z.B. Florenz, Pisa, Sienna), Strandbesuch oder Einkaufen. Bei Fragen ist Roberto jederzeit ansprechbar. Unsere zwei Jungs und wir haben Roberto gleich in unser Herz geschlossen. Die High-tech-Papierflieger, die er für sie gebastelt hat, sind klasse. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!

Exzellente Unterkunft und super Gastgeber

Wir haben die Unterkunft sauber vorgefunden. Ein toller Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein, allerdings attackieren einen die Mücken einen permanent. Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit der großzügig geschnittenen Unterkunft. Es gab ausreichend viele Handtücher sowie Geschirr, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht. Beide Schlafzimmer verwöhnen einem mit Meerblick. Der liebe Gastgeber Roberto ist immer präsent wenn es Dinge gibt die geklärt werden müssen. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler waren auch sehr praktisch. Es gibt einen schönen Strand in ca 20 Minuten Entfernung mit dem Auto, ansonsten haben wir Tagesausflüge gemacht um die Städtchen der Toskana zu erkunden. Wege sind teilweise weit ins Inland. Aber das weiß man ja schon vor der Buchung :)

Es war richtig toll!

Wie bei den vorherigen Bewertungen können wir auch nur sagen, dass die Wohnung, die Umgebung und vor allem die Vermieter wirklich toll waren. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, hatten einen Korb mit Wein, Nudeln, Wasser etc. auf dem Tisch, sodass wir am 1. Abend gut versorgt waren. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet, wir konnten gar nicht alles nutzen. Die Betten sind bequem, die Schlafzimmer haben Klimaanlagen und drinnen wie draußen ist sehr für den Komfort gesorgt. Die Vermieter stehen einem immer zur Seite ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir haben uns nett unterhalten, haben viele Tipps bekommen, sind mit Roberto und den Hunden auch zu den Aussichtspunkten unterwegs gewesen. Hätten wir mehr gewollt, hätten die beiden es uns auch ermöglicht. Roberto hat uns z.B. angeboten, uns Florenz zu zeigen und vorher richtig zu planen. Es gab sogar einmal sehr köstliche selbstgemachte Tortelli für uns. Die beiden sind so herzlich. Wir haben uns viel angeguckt. Die Strände sind leider steinig, aber in etwas Entfernung gibt es auch andere Strände, es hat uns nicht gefehlt. Insgesamt können wir die Wohnung nur jedem empfehlen, der in der Region Urlaub machen möchte. Grazie mille di tutto, cara Paola e caro Roberto!

Wunderbarer Ort

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht und es fehlt an Nichts in der Wohnung. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und zur Begrüßung standen schon ein paar Leckereien auf dem Tisch. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war der Vermieter immer ansprechbar, ohne sich aufzudrängen. Besonders genossen haben wir den Blick aufs Meer und die Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern, da es gerade sehr heiß war. Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur bestens empfehlen.

Vogliamo solo dire che abbiamo trascorso 2 mesi meravigliosi a quercianella, la casa di Roberto e Paola. posto bellissimo, molto confortevole, non ci siamo fatti mancare nulla. ogni volta che avevamo bisogno di aiuto con informazioni sulla zona, Roberto e tutti i membri della loro famiglia davano immediatamente le risposte di cui avevamo bisogno. la casa era meravigliosamente pulita. Mi piace cucinare e la cucina era completamente attrezzata. Per mio marito dire andiamo a CASA dopo una lunga giornata fuori significa molto! ci mancherà il posto!

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung

Wir waren im August und Anfang September in der FEWO. Die Ferienwohnung ist traumhaft schön. Sie ist sehr schön eingerichtet, absolut sauber und man hat wirklich alles, was man braucht. Begrüßt wurden wir mit einem Korb voller Lebensmitteln, die man am ersten Tag so benötigt, Kaffeemaschine mit dazugehörigen Lavazza-Kaffeepads, Pflaster, Mückenspray, Sonnenschirm... Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist toll. Meerblick! Im Schuppen kann man Liegestuhl, Strandstühle, Wasserbrett... holen und mit ans Meer nehmen. Die Besitzer wohnen unten und sind sehr nett. Haben gemeinsam Spaziergänge mit den Hunden gemacht, auf denen uns der Besitzer die schönsten Aussichtspunkte gezeigt hat. Auch in unserer Notsituation (Scheibe vom Auto wurde eingeschlagen), ist der Besitzer sofort mit meinem Mann und seinem Auto nach Livorno gefahren und hat alles Nötige für uns organisiert. Total hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Die Gegend ist auch toll. 3 Minuten mit dem Auto ist man an einer wunderschönen Bucht, an der auch Hunde erlaubt sind. Wir können die Ferienwohnung wirklich empfehlen und waren sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal da. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub!

magnifique!!

nous avons passé 3 semaines de rêve en toscane et nous n'avons pas pu tout voir tant la région est belle. la maison est très propre, très accueillante et fonctionnelle. rien ne manque!! nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. la vue depuis les chambres est juste magnifique. un panier garni nous attendait à notre arrivée, délicate attention, qui nous a fait vraiment plaisir. les propriétaires sont discrets et à l'écoute des vacanciers. un havre de paix et de bonheur. Sehr entspannter Aufenthalt

Wir waren Anfang Juni 2022 in der Wohnung von Roberto und Paola. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und es war alles da, was man so braucht. Die Wohnung kann ich sehr empfehlen. Den einzigen Abstrich würde ich bei der Lage machen und zwar, weil es unter der Woche kaum Möglichkeiten gibt, essen zu gehen und der Strand war steinig. Wobei in 15 min Fahrtzeit ein schöner Sandstrand zu erreichen ist.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der super ausgerüsteten Ferienwohnung und schön gelegenen und liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Aussicht vom Haus auf das Meer ist famos. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die kurzfristig auftretenden Störungen bei TV und WiFi wurden rasch und erfolgreich behoben. Zudem war die Führung durch Livorno, die uns Roberto angeboten hat, sehr interessant. Leider bietet der Ort Quercianella nicht sehr viel und hat nur einen relativ kleinen, steinigen Strand. Sehr schöne Sandstrände nördlich von Livorno sind mit dem Auto aber rasch erreichbar. Wir können das Apartment nur empfehlen. Roland, Annette und Ricarda

Aufenthalt Augus 2021

bereits im Vorfeld klappte die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr gut. Bei Ankunft wurden wir mit einem "Begrüßungskorb" überrascht. Die Ferienwohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich sehr schnell wie zu Hause, selbst Liegestühle für die Mitnahme zum Strand stehen bereit. Bei einer Tour mit Roberto und seinem Hund zeigte er uns die schönsten Aussichtspunkte in der Umgebung. Bei einem persönlichen Problem half Roberto uns spontan als Dolmetscher. DANKE für die wunderschönen Tage in der tollen Ferienwohnung.
