Came to Liverpool for my partners birthday, didn’t request anything in my booking notes for the special occasion but they had picked up that it was his birthday from our details and left a lovely card for him. this hotel is super run down, not clean they're way understaff. they only have one restaurant next to the bar, the service is terrible, I sat at a table for more than an hour with empty drink glasses, nobody came to clean them. other a hamburger and came burned. This hotel leaves on its location and they are very expensive for what they provide. VERY RUN DOWN and POOR SERVICE
