Il y a de vraies diffĂ©rences entre lâannonce et la rĂ©alitĂ© de cet appartement, qui ont rendu notre sĂ©jour assez dĂ©sagrĂ©able. Si vous ĂȘtes 4 personnes, cela peut encore aller, au-delà ça demande des efforts : la chambre du haut est en rĂ©alitĂ© pour une seule personne, le lit Ă©tant dâune largeur de 1,20 mĂštres. Et mieux vaut ne pas mesurer plus dâ1,70m pour utiliser sa salle de bain. Dormir dans le canapĂ© lit du salon exige un masque, car il nây a ni rideaux occultants ni volets. Lâappartement vieillit rapidement et semble trĂšs mal entretenu : les rideaux du salon sont sales et ne remontent pas jusquâen haut, il manque pas mal de couverts et plats, et lâun des rideaux occultants de la chambre du haut ne ferme plus complĂštement. Lâagence vous rĂ©pond quand elle veut : rĂ©actifs pour nous fournir un radiateur supplĂ©mentaire (car lâappartement nâest pas chauffĂ©, donc preparez-vous Ă avoir froid pendant 24h avant que les petits radiateurs Ă©lectriques rĂ©ussissent Ă rĂ©chauffer le logement) ; mais ils nous ont laissĂ©s en plan quand nous avons dĂ©couvert que le lave-linge ne marche pas - pour finalement nous rĂ©pondre, aprĂšs pas mal de sollicitations, quâeffectivement il est « out of service », point barre. Accessoirement le quartier nâa aucun charme, et lâisolation laisse Ă dĂ©sirer, notamment quand le bus ou le camion poubelle passe sous les fenĂȘtres de votre chambre. Bref, vous trouverez sans doute mieux ailleurs.

War gut!
Hatten schöne 5 Tage in Lissabon. Die Wohnung ist fĂŒr 5 Personen super. Das obere Zimmer hat jedoch nur eine Höhe von 1,80m und ist deswegen eher fĂŒr kleinere GĂ€ste gedacht.
Die Anbindung in das Zentrum ist in Ordnung. Direkt in der NĂ€he fĂ€hrt der Bus 735 und ca. 5-10 min entfernt, kommt die berĂŒhmte StraĂenbahn 28

L'appartamento Ú bello e curato, la posizione Ú ottima perché vicino c'Ú la fermata dell'autobus. L'unica pecca Ú che non c'Ú il riscaldamento, quindi prima di arrivare Ú meglio avvertire il proprietario di accendere.

Sehr schönes, modernes Apartment. Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist super. FĂŒr 6 Personen waren die RĂ€umlichkeiten etwas zu klein (1x Schlafzimmer mit 1,4m Bett, 1x Schlafzimmer mit 1,2m Bett, 1x Schlafzimmer mit 0,9m Bett, Schlafsofa mit 1,4m). Der im Inserat beworbene Balkon war leider nicht vorhanden, was fĂŒr uns ein wichtiges Kriterium war. In Summe aber ein toller Aufenthalt.
