We did not have breakfast at the hotel because there were so many other dining options in the area. Aside from not getting 2 separate beds in our room, the hotel is clean and the staff is so nice and professional. The hotel is so convenient to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. I will definitely stay there again when i return to Lisbon.

This is a lovely hotel, we had a great room with a balcony and city view. The breakfast was abundant and the front desk staff was friendly. The room was comfortable with a great bed and shower. I would highly recommend.

Staff were exceptional, especially front desk. I rate them very highly. Check in (& out) was so friendly, professional and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Hotel in excellent location, central to everything. Room with small balcony as seen in photos with view. I was located on 4th floor & unfortunately lift was not working on this floor so either had to go to 5th & walk downstairs or 3rd floor and walk up. However, staff delivered my luggage for me. Breakfast included was excellent. Freshly cooked hot breakfast of your choice if you wanted. Overall Moon & Sun Lisboa a great place to stay.

Good for the position, but not really a 4 star

Overall good, but we've experienced a couple of issues that I've never found in a 4 star hotel before. The room was very dusty upon check in, the coffee and water were not refilled on a couple of occasions and the housekeeping done at 5 pm, I understand is the hotel rule but I've never been in a hotel that has housekeeping done so late, especially because the room was left very early in the morning and being unable to use the room after the whole morning and afternoon out has been a bit of inconvenience for us. The breakfast is ok, although on two occasions our order from the kitchen was forgotten and we've had to ask twice to have the omelette and the coffees. As said, it's not bad at all, but service needs improvement. Location though is very convenient as it is very central.

An exceptional stay!

My sister and I travelled around Lisbon last week and we absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Moon & Sun Lisboa. Firstly, the location was perfect for what we wanted to do. It’s super close to countless cafes, restaurants, shops and the famous Elevador de Santa Justa. Conveniently, it was only a short walk to the Baixa Chiado and Cais Do Sodré Metro stations, which meant that we had the freedom to explore more places around the town without having to rely on costly taxis and Ubers. Our stay at Hotel Moon & Sun was exceptional, the space was spotless and the staff were friendly, welcoming and hospitable. We were particularly impressed by the hotel’s facilities such as, functioning air conditioning, a Nespresso coffee machine, a TV, room service, complimentary water that was replenished daily and a hotel lift. We appreciated the special touches like the free beverage at the hotel bar on arrival and as we entered the room we were surprised with a sweet treat and a personal note. Selecting the right travel accommodation has an impact on your overall experience and we’re so relieved we chose to stay at Hotel Moon & Sun. We want to give our warmest thanks we look forward to visiting again!

Honestly can’t fault this hotel, the staff went above and beyond it felt so homely. The welcome sweat treat was the cherry on top of the cake but honestly don’t have a bad word to say, amazing location, amazing staff and amazing hotel would 100000% recommend :)

Loved this place!

Front desk staff was wonderful, helpful, and very accommodating. It’s a very cute quaint boutique hotel with a mix of modern and old charm. We loved staying here and were sad to leave. Oh & I would say it is in the perfect location for exploring the city
