Lovely modern room. Cleaning available as needed. Breakfast server was working very hard, but not getting much help on some days. It was a very busy place and there needs to be a second person with him at busy times (especially given he had to wash his own dishes). Despite being very busy he remained very calm and polite. Having worked in the hospitality industry for many years, I am confident saying it was too much for him alone to manage.

We did not have breakfast at the hotel because there were so many other dining options in the area. Aside from not getting 2 separate beds in our room, the hotel is clean and the staff is so nice and professional. The hotel is so convenient to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. I will definitely stay there again when i return to Lisbon.

The breakfast was not free, although reasonable for what they served. The safe did not work for some of us and did not get fixed. I was a little ticked that although my friends and I paid the same price and booked on the same day, they got much better room with two balconies while we were facing a wall outside.
