The air condition in the room was not working. We went to the front desk to inform about the problem, while the room was very hot during the night, and they informed us that unfortunately during the winter time the air condition is working only centrally, so the apparel in the room was not possible to work. I question why they have the air condition in the room if it is not possible to use it, and they could not answer properly. Also the room had a very bad smell in the bathroom (it seems coming from the drain of the shower), but was also not solve the problem.

Room was clean, great shower with good water pressure. Staff were helpful. Close to a train station and easy to get to and from the airport and attractions. Downsides - we were told that we couldn’t control the temperature of the room at this time of year so we were boiling hot every night. They have the whole building at a set temperature in the winter. You can only open the windows slightly so there was no way of sorting the room temperature out. Also if you have the windows open, it’s very noisy due to the train tracks next to the hotel. Also we booked a double room but were given 2 single beds. This problem was resolved quickly but still ended up with 2 single beds made up as a double. Also a random person was able to enter our room whilst we were in there - not sure what happened, may have been a check in error due to our room swap.

We stayed only for one night to catch the flight next morning. The reception staff was courteous, The room itself was fine, but cleaning and maintenance was not so good. We found used dental floss on the floor which was very dusty.

Clean rooms, good value. Room was small but worked fine. Could use hooks for towels in bathroom, little fixes to make the room a bit more functional. Service and staff were great. If you take a taxi from the airport to here watch the drives. The one I took , took us for a ride again $ 35eu, going back to the airport it was under $10eu. Ask why and get a receipt.

Overall the stay was very pleasant. Facilities and amenities were good. Everything was clean except for the floor which was very dusty for some reason. Also was very surprised that the windows did not appear to be sound proof with a railtrack nearby. However the staff and service were 5*+. Receptionists and restauramt staff were professional and polite, especially the barserver Luma who was incredibly efficient, friendly and did a mean Mojito. Would definitely return to stay just on the back of staff like Luma...
