A beautiful spot in a great location. Katarina checked us in and was so helpful by providing us with many tips about the city and helping us change our bus tickets. The breakfast provided was delicious! Our room was spacious. Excellente!!

What a great hotel and such pleasant staff. Our room was on the third floor down with an entrance to the garden. The location was great for strolling around the old town and easy to get an uber to the Pena Palace. The hotel does not have parking but there are parking spots just outside the hotel Also there are no elevators but the staff helped out by bringing our bags down 3 floors to our room. This hotel is on my list for a return visit.

This hotel was amazing. It didn’t feel like a regular hotel. It was like staying in a private mansion. Very beautiful, historic and well maintained home. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful with anything you asked. Lisbon and Sintra have some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. If you’ve ever wanted to stay in an old historic European manor with fairy tale charm this is your place.
