Parking and walking directions were unclear but we Americans were looking for a parking lot!Map apps inconsistent without stable internet (another American issue). Once we arrived we loved Sintra and our apartment. My suggestion is to include more specific instructions in the emails such as the designated parking is on an actual road!

Historic area - no access for cars

The room was very nice. Check-in was easy and smooth. Since the property was in the historic district that was closed to vehicles, we were given a QR code to drive in and drop our luggage. The QR code did not work, so we had to carry our bags in. The street they recommended for parking was perfect, and we had no trouble finding a spot.

Un appartement bien situé, propre et confortable.

Petit problème avec l'accès à l'appartement à l'arrivée et problème d'eau chaude pendant le séjpur. Pour le reste c'était une excellente location.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre sejour dans cet appartement. C’était très propre et bien insonorisé. Le lit était super confo. Le lave-linge est commun, ce qui n’etait pas indiqué dans l’annonce. Nous avons communiqué avec l’hote qui a ete tres reactif pour nous expliquer où se trouvait le lave-linge. Tres bien situé; nous avons pu aller a pied a Quinta da regalera et au Palais Biester.
