The gotel is very central and you can get to everywhere! The rooms are a bit small but very clean amd well equiped with what you need, they are also besutifully decorated and the bed was comfy. I am not a breakfast person but it looked lovely and the staff were super helpful and friendly. The reception staff could not do enoigh for us. The resturant in the afternoon was lovely, the food amazing and the staff are friendly and helpful. If i ever return to Lisbon i would definitly stay again.

The hotel was recently renovated and everything was just like new. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are generally small in the historic district but efficient and great AC. Restaurants are all over the area and the location is walkable to public transit.

Behotelisboa was a very nice place to stay. The staff was exceptional, very friendly and gave us great recommendations on where to eat. Hopefully, the new hotel rooms will be a bit larger. Suitcases were hard to manage in the small rooms. I would still stay there, very convenient location for walking and sightseeing.

In a great area! Staff is really nice. Room is super clean and big. Wish they had more hooks to hang things on as the bathing area is kind of strange and a place to hang your toiletries and housecoat would be nice.

Very nice and comfortable hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. From the welcoming glass of port and custard tart to helping make reservations for a fado dinner and show. Great location near pedestrian streets with lots of restaurants makes it easy to get around. It’s on a pedestrian street so taxi drop off/pickup is a short walk. Rooms are a tad small but nice bathroom, firm bed AC and clean. Breakfast buffet is plentiful. A nice place to stay.

This is a very nice clean hotel in the middle of old town, Liz boy. However, there is much construction going on all around the hotel and the noise level and dust on everything is very apparent. Also, because it’s in the center of old town, Laboa certain streets are not accessible after 10:30 AM by cars so if you wish to get an Uber or taxi, you will have to walk a couple blocks for midpoint. It is however very nice. The staff is helpful and attached restaurant is very good and loaded with quality food and service Central location does lead itself to certain sightseeing options that are now within walking distance and a bounds in every direction as well as good food if you venture out just a block or two. Walking distance to any transportation option, you choose, including Metro taxi, Uber and electric rail. Even tuk tuks are late located nearby. Overall, a very nice experience good clean rooms all the amenities quotation marks, except for power plug adapters. Wouldn’t certainly stay there again, especially knowing that Construction would most likely be done in that area would be quieter industry. Enjoy.

The staff at this hotel was excellent. They greeted you with a smile. The premises was very clean. My room was cleaned daily to perfection. I can’t say enough things about this hotel. Everything was awesome when we asked for directions or any recommendations they were always there to accommodate us. Keep up the good work and I hope to return one day.

Hotel is centrally located within easy walking distance to a lot of attractions. It has a good restaurant on site with lots of food options nearby. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Only drawback was that the room was very very small, hence the price.
