Complaints from neighbors to hosts about guest noise levels during quiet hours will result in the guest forfeiture of their full security deposit. ●No Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the house, including garage. Guests may smoke on the patio and on the grounds, but guest must clean up all cigarettes butts, cigar butts, etc. Any evidence of smoking inside the house will result in a guest forfeiture of their full security deposit. Guests will be charge $50 from their security deposit for any cigarette butts left on the patios, grounds, etc. ●Local Laws: You must follow local laws. No illegal activity on the property. Any reported illegal activity will result in a guest forfeiture of their full security deposit.
