Very nice studio. Big comfortable king bed. Very nice bathroom with huge shower and a great big soaking hot tub. We hiked another 4000 footer and saw some great foliage. Lincoln was very busy due to Columbus Day weekend. The pool and jacuzzi were also terrific. We would stay here again for sure.

4 day stay

I was required to change condos half way through my stay without prior notification from Vrbo or the resort itself. I received a phone call at 9;50pm telling me I had to remove my belongings by 10am and could not check back in until 4pm. I had bought food that needed to be refrigerated and was wasted.

Noisy Room, off of the Lobby

This "resort" was under renovation when we arrived, so a good portion of the parking lot was not usable. Our original room was not available, but the booking agent found us another room, but only for 2 of the 3 nights we had booked. The VRBO folks said not to mention "VRBO" to the front desk and instead asked that we say we were friends with the owner of this timeshare unit, #___. This was the oddest check-in process I have ever experienced. The room was 50 feet off of the lobby, and the way the hallway was designed, all of the noise from the front lobby funneled down to our room. It was noisy until almost 10 p.m. The next morning, starting at 6:45 Am, the people above us, in #___, started stomping back and forth across the room. Thud-thud-thud, thud-thud-thud. Perhaps they were not used to wooden floored buildings, but they were noisy nonetheless. Finally, the overall quality was basic, and this place is fooling you with the "resort" tag. Think Fairfield Inn, but 3x the price. This is a timeshare, and I would not rent it again. If you do, don't rent #___...you will not like it.

Great Location and Place

This space was wonderful and the bed was amazing. The whirlpool was an added bonus after hiking too! The location is great - within walking distance to many restaurants and short driving distances to many of the scenic sights in the area. Would definitely stay again!

First, the room did not match the pictures from your site. Second the weather was 80-90 degrees and both pools were closed. We found that to be very disappointing. Wish we knew this ahead of time.

Short getaway

This is a very nice area to visit with good restaurants in the area and easy access to get to places to visit with or without children. The condo was very well maintained and stocked with necessities. The only disappointment was that both pools were closed. We would go back.

Beautiful Place and Location

We had a wonderful time staying here, room was really clean. It was perfectly located for hiking aventures. One of my favorite places to eat is Black Mountain Burger - Best Burger!!

Disappointing

I typically never provide negative feedback but in this case it's necessary. The hotel was great and very clean. Staff were more than accommodating and pleasant. The location was perfect. The LISTING, however, was not as shown in any of the online pics. We were given a room facing the parking lot on the first floor. Soaking tub?? Nope...just a shower. And what kitchen?? What was advertised as a fully furnished condo unit was nothing more than a hotel room with an efficiency kitchen space and a queen bed. Not what I paid for whatsoever. I am a regular guy that works hard for his money. I'll never use this service again. I sincerely hope the owner gets a copy of this review.

Short get away

It was a great property! However, something was not communicated properly through the hotel and VRBO. We did have to switch rooms halfway through our stay cause they thought we were out on the 12th and not the 14th. Even though we checked in and they had us down for the 14th. Hopefully next time things between both parties will communicate better! But overall, great stay!

False Advertising

I've never written a negative review. The ad for this room showed as being at the Riverwalk Resort, it was not. The ad also showed a room with a couch & full kitchen. After checking in and seeing that we had a hotel room with a kitchenette, we realized this was the definition of a "studio". There were no pictures of the studio when we booked. Also a very high-pressure check-in to sit in on a time-share presentation. My wife is sick, and we were duped into renting a room that we wouldn't have, had the pictures been representative of the actual room. Horrible experience.

Post-wedding relaxation in Lincoln

My husband and I got married in Plymouth and were looking for a comfortable spot to relax for a few days after all the wedding excitement. This was perfect. It was pretty centrally located for everything we wanted to do. It was 15 minutes from the Franconian ridge trailhead which we hiked one day and about 30 minutes from Littleton, and there’s a brewery next door which was great to walk to. We didn’t go to Clark’s trading post but that is also super close and a fun attractions! The room was clean and tidy. Great location and met all our needs.

Timeshare property with limitations

This VRBO ad was misleading. This property is part of a large corporate timeshare program. You are subject to the availability of rooms upon check in, not necessarily what you think you booked online. We were advised by the property management company to let the clerk at check in know we rented directly from the owner. But that mean much when you are assigned rooms upon check in based on timeshare owners “points” without even being able to choose another room. It’s just all very misleading and when you are on vacation and want to relax, Its not helpful to have every corporate party involved point fingers at the others and saying there is nothing they can do to change anything. Reviews of this listing are from other renters who most likely stayed in other rooms. And if you are not a timeshare owner or interested in becoming one, you are invisible. On the plus side, our room was clean. I hope they compensate their hard working employees better than they treat their guests.
