Fantastic place to stay

The room was much more spacious than anticipated. We were a little disappointed that the swimming pool is no longer available as those amenities drew us into the hotel. The hotel is beautiful inside and out and the stay itself was fantastic only the spa and pool amenities that prevented the stay from being a perfect stay.

The room itself was good.the onsite however needs work. Area behind sink had brown residue/ staining. Corner above bath had a small patch of black mould and drill holes in tiles that hadn’t been filled. This however was only minor and didn’t spoil my enjoyment or require any immediate action. The staff were excellent, professional and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent. I was disappointed that the pool was permanently closed. I chose this hotel for closeness to the person I visit, and because it has a pool. I’d probably still use it next time because it is convenient and good value for money, but I really did miss the pool… Over all a very enjoyable place that I have now stayed in 4 times. I

Check in was quick and easy, lady on reception was friendly and professional. Rooms were spacious and clean (apart from an old sock being found in corner of one of the two rooms). Loved the large, comfy bath towels. Beds very comfy. Will stay again.

Everything was great except that the shower head was blocked so I couldn’t really enjoy my shower. Also, someone else’s razor has been left and not binned by the cleaner. Eew! Apart from that, the staff were really friendly, my room was clean and I was shocked how big it was! Would stay again, thanks.

We were in Lincoln for a family function. The room was clean and well-appointed. We did not eat in the hotel. There was a large car park right outside. Staff were efficient and friendly. Would stay again if we were in the area.
