One of the worst played we have stayed in

"The issue with this property wasn't its age, it was the appalling lack of maintenance. The loose floorboards weren't due to time, but to obvious neglect. The crumbling metal trim was a hazard, not a sign of antiquity. The filth was thick and pervasive, a clear indication of a lack of cleaning. The kitchen was particularly egregious, with grime and unsanitary conditions that spoke volumes about the owner's disregard for basic upkeep. We traveled from Europe, expecting a reasonable standard of cleanliness and safety, and were met with abject neglect. The property manager's swift action in relocating us was the only positive aspect of this experience. We are profoundly grateful to her, but this property should not be listed in its current state."
