Lima is chaotic. Fortunately I had five peaceful nights staying at Tierra Viva Miraflores Mendiburu. Well maintained. Great location, well situated within the proximity to beaches, parks, shopping and highly-rated restaurants. Helpful and friendly staff.

We had a gap between our stay and they kindly stored our bags and then placed them in our new rooms for us to be there on our late night arrival, which was such a great gesture. Highly recommend staying here.

We stayed here for one night on our way out of Peru. The staff were great and very accommodating. We did notice stains on a bedding in our room as soon as we checked in and the staff graciously changed our room for us. The room was clean and the bed was good.

An ok hotel. Not very central to Miraflores so we had to get taxi to the main areas. The room was just ok. Quite tired and dated. This was the second of this chain we stayed in and had similar experience. You have to go up a flight of stairs to the hotel reception which was hard with a heavy suitcase. No one offered to help. We were woken by dogs barking in the middle of the night. Not the hotels fault but the area around is quite rough. Personally I wouldn’t use this chain again.

Would def stay again.

After a string of sub par hotels for roughly the same price, it felt like heaven. Friendly staff, clean comfy room, noise from neighborhood (ocean facing side) was a little loud, but not hotel fault. Good breakfast too. Guy was hustling, but a second employee helping in the dining room for breakfast is needed. Cookies on check in hit the spot. Beautiful walk along coastal park only 2 minutes away and plenty of dining options too
