This lovely three bedroom apartment, which has 24-hour on site security, is on the ninth floor. The first room is the main bedroom, which has a queen size bed, walk in closet, TV, DVD, and bathroom.

We were close to PlazaVea, Wongs and a lovely Native Market. We were close to Vladys and Siete Sopas. Within walking distance of Parque Kennedy and all the businesses there. And best of all close to our reason for being in Peru, the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. What more can you ask for? The apartment is well taken care of and the landlord anxious to please. We enjoyed the size due to our many guests. Thank you again Orlando.

Fantastic Stay in a Fantastic Apartment!

I thoroughly enjoyed my 3-week stay in this warmly-decorated and comfortable apartment! It was loaded with ALL the comforts of home. The only thing it did not initially have was a rice cooker, but the owner purchased one for me before I arrived! The apartment is extremely safe because only residents of the building are allowed to pass through the locked security gate. The apartment managers and security guards are very friendly and helpful. A large grocery store (Plaza Vea) is within a 7-minute walk, and all the attractions of Miraflores are within a 5-10 minute (cheap!) Uber ride. An added benefit is that the apartment is a 2-minute walk from the Domingo Orue Metropolitano express bus station; I could get to the center of Lima (e.g., Plaza de Armas, Teatro Municipal, etc.) in 15 minutes! This apartment was truly a home away from home, and I look forward to staying there again next year!
