The home features a large open plan living area with an expansive, fully equipped kitchen with a family-sized fridge/freezer, kettle, pod machine, oven, microwave, sandwich press, rice cooker, utensils, crockery, cutlery, as well as wine, beer, and champagne glasses.
Floor-to-ceiling glass and wide sliding doors connect the light-filled interior with the spotted gum forest outside. Relax in one of the many private spaces while you read a book or stretch out on a sun lounge.
With two front verandas, two lounge rooms, and a study nook with a sofa bed, there are plenty of places to escape and wind down.
The oversized master bedroom even includes a chaise daybed and ottoman; the perfect spot for a nap after a morning at the beach.
Large sliding doors open to the paved entertaining area with an 8-seater outdoor dining table and Weber BBQ.
Guests are also welcome to use the boogie boards, games, books, and wifi during their stay. Linen is provided for all beds.
The ample Garage space offers a secure storage space for guest to bring their bikes, fishing gear, paddle boards, surfboards, and kayaks.

Repeat stay in this fabulous house
We stayed at Tree Tops in January 2023 with our five grand daughters and really enjoyed the experience so we rebooked for our week away with the girls in January 2024.
The house is everything you need as a bigger family. Our girls are mid teens, the proximity of the beach and the configuration of the house is perfect.
The house was very clean and the pantry and laundry were well stocked.
Jenni is very helpful, the whole experience was wonderful.
We will be back!

Lovely house in a nice location
Had a wonderful time here with my partner and our children. Very large and spacious property with all your needs and amenities. All furniture and appliances are top quality, it was great to stay here. The team of Professionals Batemans bay have done a great job in maintaining the property, Easy process to book/ check in & out.
Short stroll to the beach, situated amongst the trees, beautiful sunsets and some good coffee spots. Would definitely stay here again

What a treat!
Lovely house with everything you could ever need or ask for. The owners have really considered everything; from the furniture, to the books in the bookshelf. Our 4 children loved exploring inside and outside. Everything was beautifully clean and the house felt welcoming and homely - we felt as though we were staying at the home of a good friend. We were assured of the owner's availability if anything went wrong, whilst also being afforded complete privacy. The beach near the house is absolutely stunning! There were lovely walks nearby and the drive into Bateman's Bay is quick and easy. To the owners - thank you for opening up your home to us! We had a wonderful time.

Fabulous house for a family holiday by there beach
We have taken our 5 granddaughters on a holiday every January since they were little, now they are big kids. This year we stayed in this beautifully appointed house just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The layout was perfect for us, adults upstairs, kids downstairs and a large kitchen and dining area was perfect for our needs. The house was very clean on arrival, we would thoroughly recommend this house as a perfect holiday retreat.

AMAZING
The property is just as the pictures show, absolutely beautiful. Pantry well stocked, Immaculately clean, great location, set in bushland. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Would highly recommend it to anyone, and will definately be back.
