Disappointed

The current hotel's name is different with that in hotels.com, so we have wasted a lot of time to locate the hotel. The contact number wasn't valid, we found another contact through internet and reach the hotel finally. The staff 'Ms Cheung' gave us the hard-sell. She claimed that she will provide a day trip to Yulong Mountain with a very reasonable price. However, we found that was much more expensive than other agent. She changed her attitude dramatically after we rejected her offer.
