Beautiful getaway

The place was a bit difficult to find as other reviews indicated as well as finding parking but the stay itself is perfect. With a lot of room to lounge around both inside and out, an amazing view of the lake, and supplies to cook, we loved our time here. The host, Heinz, was also extremely kind and informative about the area.

Lovely winter stay

Gorgeous view, exactly as pictured. The property is tucked away into a series of apartments which are themselves beautiful with many winding stone paths to reach the apartment. I would absolutely stay again, amazing value and we had a great stay. Parking would be a challenge outside low season. And one of the besrooms is more of a loft (no privacy) but we felt the overall condition and location of the place made up for it.

Good property

Location was great. Hard to find because of poor directions on VRBO app. Had a great stay: place was clean, great location, with all the things necessary. Only real issue was that parking was a nightmare: more than once we had to park a mile away and walk back. I would stay there again, but not with a car.

Scenic view for a wedding

We had the best time in the VRBO. We wish we had more time in this beautiful place. My Husband and I got married here with 12 other people. It was the best view and great accomodations. To get to the VRBO is a little bit of a treck from the parking lot. We had issues with getting a taxi because there is only one taxi in the town of Lezzeno and they are never there. It's very hard to get around. Not the VRBO issue. Just a caution if you don't have a car. The bus is your best bet. I would highly suggest staying here.

Wir waren mit der Familie in Lezzeno, 5 erwachsene Personen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, großzügig geschnitten, gut eingerichtet. Der Blick vom Haus und vor allem vom Gartenhaus aus ist sensationell auf den Comer See. Wir hatten relativ viel Regen in der Woche, haben daher das überdachte Gartenhaus mit Grill sehr geschätzt, da wir sehr gerne draußen essen, wenn es warm genug ist. Wir konnten in der Umgebung sehr schön wandern, klettern, im See schwimmen und haben auch die beiden Kajaks gerne genutzt. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Woche mit der Familie. Sehr netter freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter! Sehr empfehlenswert in einer sehr schönen Gegend.

Die Wohnung über dem See ist sehr schön, besonders die tolle Aussicht vom Balkon, der wunderschöne Garten und der schnelle Zugang zum See! Dafür muss man an der Wohnung selbst einige Abstriche machen. Eins der 3 Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer mit 2 Türen zu den angrenzenden Schlafräumen, so dass eigentlich nur 3-4 Leute gut schlafen können (das Doppelbett ist sehr schmal). Außerdem gibt es nur wenig Abstell- und Aufhängmöglichkeiten für die Sachen. Die Sauberkeit ließ auch etwas zu wünschen übrig. Unsere Schwierigkeiten mit einem zusätzlichen Schlafplatz konnten aber direkt geklärt werden. Insgesamt fanden wir, dass die wundervolle Lage die Mängel der Wohnung aufwiegt.

Wir (eine Familie mit zwei 16-jährigen Söhnen) hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in dieser Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist im urigen Dörfchen Sormazzana zunächst einmal nicht ganz leicht zu finden, wie andere schon geschrieben haben - wir haben es aber trotz Dunkelheit am Abend nach einigem treppauf, treppab dann doch geschafft. Eine etwas genauere Beschreibung würde da wohl helfen. Die Aussicht auf den See am Morgen war dann tatsächlich einfach atemberaubend! Die Wohnung selbst ist einfach, aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hatte im Wesentlichen alles, was man braucht. Die Matratzen könnten etwas neuer/bequemer sein, aber wir haben trotzdem gut geschlafen, auch, weil es wirklich herrlich ruhig war! Das Dörfchen ist sehr ursprünglich und untouristisch, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Der Strand war nah und einfach großartig - ganz klares Wasser, Sonne bis zum Abend und nie wirklich voll. Den dortigen Steg konnten meine Jungs super zum Erlernen neuer Sprungtechniken nutzen. Auch die Kanus sind des Öfteren zum Einsatz gekommen - toll, dass die zur Verfügung stehen :-)! Den schönen Garten haben wir nicht genutzt, weil die Familie, die die untere Wohnung gemietet hat, dort meist war. Man kann von Lezzeno/Sormazzana aus viel Schönes unternehmen, z.B. nach Bellagio oder Como fahren, auch Mailand und Bergamo sind mit dem Auto in etwa anderthalb Stunden zu erreichen, sodass wir auch die Regentage gut nutzen konnten. Alles in allem können wir diese Unterkunft also wärmstens empfehlen!

Lezzeno - Dank Familie Schweizer

Das Haus hat eine vorzügliche Lage, es ist trotz heißer Tage gut kühl zu halten und der Ausblick auf den Comer See ist fantastisch.Der Grillplatz lässt keine Wünsche offen, man kann im Garten unglaublich gut entspannten und verweilen. Das Wasser mit einem kleinen Steinstrand ist in wenigen Minuten über eine Treppe zu erreichen. Hauseigene Kajaks können genutzt werden.Ausflüge nach Bellagio, Como - kein Problem. Wir haben dank dem Vermieter eine einzigartige Tour zum Sasso Calvarone unternommen.Auch den San Primo, der höchste Berg in der Region, wurde uns empfohlen. Aber - hier sollte man schon ein paar Stunden Zeit und genug Stärkung für unterwegs einplanen. Guter Einstieg zur Tour, ist der Jungle Raider Park, Civenna. Ca. 30 Autominuten vom Haus entfernt.Der Kontakt mit Familie Schweizer war herzlich, freundlich, lustig und unglaublich sympathisch.Vielen Dank für diese schöne Zeit für uns Erwachsene mit drei Jungs im Alter von 12-15.Liebe Grüße

Schöne Aussicht, aber Garten wurde geteilt

Wir haben die wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Comer See sehr genossen! Bei der Ankunft stellten wir jedoch fest, dass der Garten nicht direkt an die Wohnung angrenzte, wie die Fotos vermuten lassen. Außerdem muss man sich den Garten mit Gästen aus der anderen Wohnung des Eigentümers teilen, was wir sehr schade fanden. Dies führte dazu, dass wir den Garten zeitweise nicht nutzen konnten, obwohl wir uns gerade wegen des Gartens für diese Wohnung entschieden hatten. Bei der Ankunft war die Wohnung sehr schmutzig, voller Staub, Spinnweben und anderem Schmutz. Das haben wir zuerst gereinigt.Aus anderen Bewertungen wissen wir, dass eines der Schlafzimmer offen gestaltet ist. Nach Rückfrage beim Eigentümer stellte sich heraus, dass es geöffnet war, allerdings wussten wir nicht, dass andere Gäste nachts durch das Schlafzimmer gehen müssen, um in ihr Zimmer zu gelangen oder auf die Toilette zu gehen. Dies war für unsere Gruppe sehr ärgerlich. Außerdem gab es keine Vorhänge an den Fenstern, sodass die Kinder am ersten Morgen um 5 Uhr wach waren. Um am frühen Morgen nicht der prallen Sonne ausgesetzt zu sein, hängten wir Tücher vor die Fenster.So fantastisch die Aussicht auch ist, diese Wohnung hat auch einige Nachteile. Und vor allem Nachteile, die nicht beschrieben werden.

Eine schöne Woche am Como-See

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in einer wirklich guten Wohnung. Der Kontakt mit Heinz war stets schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Als einzigen Minuspunkt hätten wir anzumerken, das zumindest für uns, nicht aus der Objektbeschreibung hervorging, dass es 1 Durchgangszimmer gibt und nur 2 „normale“ Schlafzimmer. Ansonsten aber eine klare Empfehlung der Unterkunft!

Top Wohnung, top Lage!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Lezzeno sehr genossen und uns in der Wohnung in der Casa 2 Palme super wohl gefühlt. Besonders begeistert haben uns Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung. Der Blick vom Balkon auf den See war einzigartig, der Garten eine wahre Wohlfühloase und die Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet, was 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder (9-15 Jahre) brauchen. Vom Eigentümer wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Seine Tipps und Informationen waren sehr nützlich.

Très bon séjour. Le Lac de Côme est un endroit magnifique. Heinz et Marinela sont des hôtes charmants, accueillants et simples. Nous avons passé de belles vacances. Le lac a un accès très proche. Il y a des bus qui passent à proximité et le secteur de Bellagio, avec le ferry, est accessible rapidement. En famille ou en amoureux c'est un magnifique bout d'Italie!

Wunschers höner Ausblick

Wir waren in der Ferienwohnung Mansarda. Der Ausblick aus der Wohnung, der Garten und auch die Lage der Wohnung sind wunderschön. Alles ist sauber und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kajaks haben wir auch ein wenig genutzt, was eine schöne Bereicherung war. Leider waren die Matratzen der Betten für die Kinder sehr unbequem und wirkten in die Jahre gekommen. Checkin und die Kommunikation mit Heinz waren unkompliziert und entgegenkommend. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung für einen Aufenthalt am Comer See!

Sehr schön!

Wir haben unsere Zeit in Lezzeno und dem Haus von Heinz sehr genossen. Die Lage, das Haus, der Garten = einfach herrlich und wunderschön. Das Wetter war fantastisch, der Garten bot bei der Hitze immer etwas Schatten und war sehr angenehm. Durch die Beschreibung und Bewertungen wussten wir um die etwas abgeschiedene Lage und die "vielen" Treppen (das hält fit!). Wir fanden die Umgebung, die Treppen, die Häuschen, den Tante Emma Laden, die Bar etc. sehr schön und sehr freundlich! Die Teenies unserer Gruppe haben eine Eisdiele und eine "Strand"-Promenade vermisst. Mit dem Bus ist man aber einigermaßen schnell in Como oder deutlich schneller in Bellagio (ebenso mit der Fähre) und kann dort verweilen. Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet, es gibt diverse Bücher, ein paar Spiele, die Küche ist top ausgestattet, lediglich eine Spülmaschine fehlt aber trotz unserer Gruppengröße von 8 Personen (inkl. Kindern) war das überhaupt kein Problem. Also alles in allem, sehr schön und wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen!

Ein schönes Appartement

Wir waren eine Woche mit Familie und Freunden in diesem schönen Appartement. Der Blick aus dem Fenster war traumhaft! Das Appartement selbst ist schön eingerichtet. Man hatte alles was man braucht. Der einzige Abzugspunkt ist für nicht genügend Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Ansonsten haben wir unseren Urlaub sehr genossen! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Mooie locatie, geen parkeerplaatsen, hoog gelegen dus veel trappen lopen

Mooie complete en nette woning. 2 slaapkamers en één doorloop slaapkamer zonder privacy. Slaapkamers zijn niet te verduisteren slecht 👎 punt. WiFi heeft niet gefunctioneerd Geen parkeerplaatsen, alleen als je veel geluk hebt een plekje vrij. Zo niet parkeer je auto en flink stuk van de woning. Uitzicht over het meer is zeer mooi.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Lage und der Garten sind wunderschön. Wir haben die Wohnung und den Garten viel vor Ort genutzt, auch zum Baden am Kiesstrand (direkt per Treppe erreichbar) und die Kanus. Ausserdem haben wir Ausflüge mit dem Boot gemacht (von der Anlegestelle in Lezzeno aus, etwa 2 km weg). Die Parkplatzsituation ist kompliziert, es gab bei uns mehr Nachfrage nach weißen Stellplätzen als vorhanden. Es hat sich aber immer eine Lösung gefunden, zur Not haben wir etwas weiter weg geparkt. Bei uns war noch das WLAN defekt, aber das wird sicher repariert.

Ganz tolle Ferienwohnung

Der Urlaub in der Wohnung Mansarda war fantastisch. Eine atemberaubende Aussicht vom Balkon und auch vom Garten aus, innen sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet und mit sehr netten Kontakt im Vorfeld per Mail und dann auch vor Ort. Und zum See sind es nur wenige Minuten Fußweg. Es hat uns allen richtig gut gefallen.
