For the second time staying here with the kids (because they had a pool), we find that they keep it closed so they do t have to work. Kids were disappointed to say the least. Hopefully they can get their act together!

Stayed at this hotel due to getting stranded in the winter storm and I80 being shut down. Staff worked their tails off to get people get checked in early, some as early as noon. Very nice.

Dirty. Carpet in room just looks gross. Everything looks outdated. Bathroom in room super small, needs painted, updated or fixed. If i wanted coffee i had to pull it out from under the sink (which wasnt in the bathroom). The bed was hard / not comfortable. I'm told by locals this isn’t a HI Express anymore anyway. I wont stay here again.
