Convenient location, right off the highway. Lots of restaurant and shopping in the area. close to commute to the Kentucky Horse Park. Rooms were very clean and beds and pillows were super comfy. Appears to have recently been remodeled. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. One downside was the homeless population in the area and a tent encampment across from the hotel in a wooded area.

I can honestly say; for the first time ever, There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel. The staff of Best Western Lexington Inn, hit the mark on guest service. I give 5 stars to the whole staff. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. Each day, I was greeted with a smile and how was your day. I loved staying there. Their breakfast wasn't half bad either. When we had to cancel the first reservation at another hotel. I found this hotel on the website much cheaper. Told the clerk what happened to the other one very understanding very nice very helpful. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.
