When we arrived, there was no key in the lock box. So, just to check, I tried the drro- it was unlocked. So the person who "cleaned" didn't lock up properly. Upon calling about this, we had to wait almost 2 hours for someone to show up with keys- and she didn't even knock on the condo door, she put them in the lock box and tried to sneak away! While we were waiting, I walked the condo- cleaning was incomplete- there was a dirty sponge with food on it at the kitchen sink, dog hair in most of the dresser drawers, the master closet had dirty linens, clothes and trash in it. None of the toiletries had been refilled, there were a few that were completely empty. The door to the deck would not lock. 2 of the 3 TVs didn't work. There were what I could only assume were urine stains on the carpet in multiple rooms in multiple places. When I finally spoke to someone about this Tuesday, she said she would send someone immediately. No one ever came, no ticket was even put in. All in all, we will not be staying here again. The condition of the unit was not worth the cost. The community was very pleasant, the pool was great.
