The location and property were as described. The contact for the property was easy to reach and very helpful. It appears this is a new home just starting to rent. The household furnishings were minimal especially considering this is a 3 bedroom home. The home was clean and having use of the garage was a bonus. With summer traffic, it’s about 20 to 25 minutes to Rehoboth or Savannah beach if you go before 9am, the return trip takes an additional 10 to 15 minutes. Overall, this property met our needs, and we appreciated having a local contact.

House smelled new, and looked new. Property was clean, but lacking some furniture (dressers). Outback only had a small cement patio and grass. Location was great, close to downtown Lewes and Rehoboth. There weren’t any instructions for the Windswept location. So it wasn’t clear where the pool was. Overall, the house was ok, but I probably would not rent again
