A spacious log villa on a peninsula, overlooking the lake in almost all directions.

Villa built in 1983, kitchen, utility room, room with fireplace, living room/meeting room, vestibule, bedroom with double bed and a private bathroom-toilet, three bedrooms with 2 beds in each (+ one extra bed). Sauna, bathroom, dressing room and a warm glass terrace.

The villa has four bathrooms and 3 showers. Free wireless internet access. DVD/Blue-ray, karaoke equipment and meeting equipment.

In the yard garage for one car and parking for four cars, in addition asphalted parking for 10 cars 50 meters away.

There is a wood-fired hot tub for rent by advance booking / payment. The tub is for 8 persons and it will be delivered to the cottage by separate agreement. The tub comes with a thermometer, instructions for use, and accessories for indoor cleaning. Ask more about availability, book in advance!

The villa can be booked for a maximum of 10 people. The person in charge of the booking must be at least 25 years old. If you are having a party or visiting guests, it must always be agreed separately before booking (please contact Lomarengas).

Electric car charging point, max. 11 kW. Please agree on the fee with the owner. You must have your own charging cable. Charging your electric car from other sockets is not allowed.
Load management in the cottage can significantly limit car charging, especially in winter.
