🌟 An Unforgettable Stay – Highly Recommend! 🌟 I can’t say enough amazing things about this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The building is absolutely beautiful—charming on the outside and rich with history on the inside. The ambiance, service, and food were all top-tier, making this one of my favorite hotel stays to date. 😍👌 We were warmly welcomed by a gentleman at the reception (unfortunately, I didn’t get his name). He immediately made us feel at home—offering welcome drinks, assisting with our luggage, and ensuring we had plenty of water for the night. His kindness truly set the tone for our visit. And then—Miguel. What a gem! He was by far the standout of our stay. Miguel went above and beyond in every interaction: his attentiveness, his knowledge of the restaurant menu, and his genuine desire to make our stay perfect did not go unnoticed. He deserves every bit of recognition this hotel can give. If you're planning a visit to León, do yourself a favor and stay here. The property had a good location, however the rooms need updates and the staff did not honor my initial reservation as a VIP guest, we had to ask for a city view and our welcome drinks. It seems like they were trying to short change everything. Even the toilet paper was limited. The breakfast area was the best thing and it was included so that was nice. It’s not what the reviews said this hotel was. I will not stay there again.

The stay was a present for my daughter's birthday, and the team at Hotel La Perla truly made it special. It's clear that the staff at Hotel La Perla are dedicated to creating wonderful experiences for their guests. I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel in Nicaragua, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The property itself is stunning—comfortable rooms, great amenities, and a peaceful atmosphere—but what truly made my stay unforgettable was the incredible service. A special thank you to Francisco at the concierge desk. He went above and beyond to make sure every detail of my trip was smooth and enjoyable. From helping with local recommendations to making last-minute arrangements, Francisco was professional, kind, and genuinely cared about making my stay exceptional. I also want to recognize Isaac and Miguel, two of the servers who stood out for their warm hospitality and attentiveness. They made every meal feel like a special occasion and always greeted me with a smile. Their service added a personal touch that made all the difference. This hotel is already amazing, but the staff takes it to another level. I highly recommend staying here—you’ll be in excellent hands.

Beautiful building, friendly and helpful staff. Room was comfortable, good AC and hot water. Cute little pool and patios. Safely walkable to main sites, convenience store nearby. Breakfast was good too (takes a while to cook, so acct for that). Because it is such a brautiful building, locals seem to host events/parties on site, but not too late.
