This beautiful and fully modernized chalet for up to 18 guests is ideally located near the center of Leogang and offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Built and designed by the owners with great care and attention to detail, the house combines generous space, high-quality furnishings, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

The chalet consists of multiple units across all floors and can be rented together, making it perfect for large families or groups. It features two spacious living areas on the ground and first floor, each with a sofa bed, as well as two open, fully equipped kitchens with dining areas. From the ground floor, you have direct access to a sunny terrace and the garden.

In total, the chalet offers 5 comfortable bedrooms (two with additional bunk beds) and 3 modern bathrooms. A ski storage room and parking directly at the chalet are also available.

Leogang, situated at 788 m in a wide alpine valley between the Leoganger Steinberge and the Kitzbühel Alps, is an ideal base for year-round outdoor activities. The free ski bus (approx. 100 m away) takes you to the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn with 270 km of slopes. Additional ski areas include Schmittenhöhe and the Kitzsteinhorn glacier.

In summer, enjoy swimming lakes, outdoor pools, hiking, and biking – the Epic Bikepark Leogang is very close by. Shops and restaurants are easily accessible.

Note: In peak season, Sunday arrival and departure is often recommended due to lower traffic.
