Great house for family

The house was nice and clean. Great for our family stay with plenty of room and nice kitchen. The host, Ana, was quick to respond to any question. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Excellent stay

Ana was a great host the property was ideal both the location and layout of the townhouse. Ana was prompt to respond to messages and check was seamless. It just would have been great to have more toilet paper and paper towels staying a week meant I had to go out and purchase more. Hardly worth mentioning though.

Great stay!

The location of the house was perfect for us! The house did need a few minor repairs (curtains didn't all open, top rack of the dishwasher was broken, water dispenser needed a new filter), but nothing that stopped us being able to stay there or use what was there. Ana was great with communication and answered all my questions!!!

The home looked like they pictures showed. However it was not clean. There were empty water bottles left in the master on the dresser from the prior guests. The down stair carpet had pet stains and the downstairs bedroom had dog feces. I think this could be a great stay if it had a new set of cleaners and a couple home maintenance issues taken care of.

Very smooth stay. More blankets, toilet paper and towels (particularly wash cloths) would have been nice. Felt a bit nervous about how to handle leaving. Other VBRO’s had more close out instructions on what to do with trash, towels and bedding… may be helpful for property manager to know it’s OK to ask for trash to be taken out, etc. Overall awesome.

Great Stay

This house was very clean. It was in a good neighborhood and location. It had enough space for all my family. The coffee pot wasnt working and the owner had one sent the very next day for us. The only thing I could say is the kitchen needs to be better stocked. People are also coming from different states and so more blankets would have been great too. Other than that it was a great rental and would be happy to rent again!

The house is beautiful and we loved staying there except there were no bedside tables in the master bedroom. It was difficult to read a book. Otherwise, a beautiful home that worked out perfectly.
