The lovingly renovated house offers two bedrooms on 70 m², a bathroom with a large shower room, toilet and bidet and a comfortable, well-equipped kitchen-living room with a sofa corner and fireplace.
From the terrace you can look out over the terrain, the pine tree tops and the sea, all the way to the imposing mountains of Epirus on the mainland.
Here you can enjoy nature with all your senses. All you can hear are the crickets, the wind and now and then the sounds of the farm animals.
The Velinohof is located on 10,000 m² of fully fenced land, two kilometers from the traditional small farming village of Tsoukalades.
The nearby beaches can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car and invite you to take a daily dip in turquoise.
In the village you can find traditional Greek food with ingredients from your own stable and garden in the Kampos tavern.
Fish lovers will get their money's worth in the Sapho restaurant, where, in addition to the good cuisine, you can also enjoy the wonderful view of the bay of Agios Nikitas, one of the most beautiful beaches in Greece.
The island of Lefkas offers a variety of leisure activities, hiking through the mountain landscape, boat trips, horse riding, paragliding, kite and wind surfing are just a few of them.

Great experience and very warm welcome

Silke, our host, was very kind and welcoming. The house is in the nature with a relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed it so much. I truly recommend the location for those who loves quiet, calm and relax at a short distance from beaches and sea.

Mein Mann und ich haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, leider waren die zwei Wochen viel zu schnell rum. Silke war sehr hilfsbereit und konnte uns viele schöne Tips geben, wo man auf der Insel was unternehmen kann oder wo man auch gut essen kann. Das Grundstück ist ein Traum von der Lage her und auch von der Größe her. Die Hunde konnten das Grundstück ausgiebig nutzen. Die Hunde und Katzen die vor Ort leben, waren auch sehr kontaktfreudig :)Das Haus war gut ausgestattet, es hatte alles was man braucht für die Zeit. Wir kommen zu 100% wieder.

Ein sehr schön gestaltetes und hübsch eingerichtetes Haus in idyllischer Naturumgebung. Die Küche war toll und üppig ausgestattet. Das Bad geräumig mit großer Dusche. Besonders genossen haben wir die Abende auf der Terrasse beim Grillen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und war immer kurzfristig erreichbar, falls man eine Frage hatte. Gerne kommen wir wieder her, wenn wir das nächste Mal nach Lefkada kommen.

Super tolles Ferienhaus.

Hervorragende Unterkunft. Schöne ruhige Lage, dennoch nicht weit mit dem Auto vom Strand gelegen. Im Ferienhaus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der besuch der Katze und der Hunde hat uns sehr gefreut. Handtücher und sogar Strandtücher standen zur Verfügung. Gesellschaftsspiele und Bücher waren auch vorhanden. Sehr nette und sympathische Gastgeberin.

Piccolo angolo di paradiso

Ho soggiornato a Casa Mandrini assieme a mio marito, la nostra figlia diciassette e il nostro cane. La casa è bella e curata, non manca veramente nulla. Il posto è tranquillo, gli spazi sono ampi, la terrazza è incantevole. Il paese è raggiungibile in poco più di 5 minuti in macchina e la spiaggia più vicina a circa 10 minuti. Silke è un host molto gentile e disponibile e ha contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno incantevole.

Das Ferienhaus Mandarini liegt ab von touristischen Hot Spots eingebettet in traumhafter Natur in einer absolut ruhigen Gegend. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht , ist hier am richtigen Ort. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Sonnenaufgänge von der Terrasse sind spektakulär…. Wir wurden von unseren Gastgebern rundum mit Informationen und Tipps versorgt, so dass die Erkundung der Insel auch einige Highlights ( du nicht im Reiseführer zu finden sind) bereit hielt! Für uns war es ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt und wir können das Ferienhaus nur weiter empfehlen!!

Traumhaft ruhig in schöner Natur

Wir haben als Familie unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig und alleinstehend mitten in schöner Natur mit herrlichen Ausblicken. Von Tsoukalades aus ist es mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Min. auf einem engen und steilen Sträßchen zu erreichen. Das Haus ist praktisch und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Großer Wohn- und Küchenbereich, großzügiges Bad, große Terasse mit schattigem Essbereich und Grill. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan und sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus

Der Aufenthalt hat unsere Erwartungen uneingeschränkt erfüllt und teilweise sogar übertroffen. Alles sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und auch für 4 Personen noch sehr geräumig. Grosse Terasse mit Schatten ist auch vorhanden. Sehr angenehme und unkomplizierte Vermieter, immer gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wer viel Ruhe sucht ist genau am richtigen Ort. Trotzdem sind die schönen Strände an der Ostküste nicht weit. Flughaven Preveza ist ca. 45 Min. entfernt, daher auch günstige Anreise möglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder !!!

Tolles Haus in wildromantischer Umgebung

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dem Haus, das etwas versteckt in den Bergen liegt, das man aber mit der Anfahrtsbeschreibung gut findet. Unser Mietauto war etwas untermotorisiert, das würden wir beim nächsten Mal anders buchen, vor allem für die Ausflüge über die Insel. Wundervolle Oase der Ruhe und Entspannung...

Was für ein wundervolles Kleinod. Wir wurden herzlich von Silke empfangen. Sie hat uns alles gezeigt und auch herumgeführt. Das Haus ist einfach schnuckelig. Es ist sauber und heimelig. Die Terrasse lud zum Frühstück ein und wir wurden hin und wieder von den Tieren besucht. Unser Großer (4) konnte die Gegend erkunden und wir mussten uns nicht sorgen. Es ist ein Ort zum entschleunigen, zum relaxen. Die Anreise empfanden wir beim ersten Mal eigenartig, danach war die off-road Tour jedes Mal ein Highlight. Die Insel ist wunderschön. Am besten man fährt einfach los und hält einfach irgendwo an. Auch sollte man sich unbedingt durch die Köstlichkeiten der griechischen Bäckereien durchprobieren. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Und wir danken Silke für ihr Entgegenkommen als wir ungeplant eine Verlängerungsnacht benötigten.

Traumhafte Unterkunft in ruhiger, abgeschiedener Lage

Unsere Woche auf Lefkada im Ferienhaus Mandarini war sehr schön und entspannend. Die Unterkunft liegt, wie im Titel schon beschrieben, ruhig und abgeschieden oberhalb des Bergdorfes Tsoukalades. Der Hof ist sehr groß, wodurch unsere Kinder viel Platz zum spielen, erkunden und verstecken hatten. Die Vermieter Silke und Bettina sind sehr nett, man fühlt sich sehr willkommen und kann die Zeit auf dem Hof einfach nur genießen. Das Ferienhaus ist super ausgestattet, selbst Küche und Bad sind sehr geräumig, so viel Platz haben wir selten in einem Ferienhaus gehabt. Die Kinder wurden super von Silke und Bettina aufgenommen und konnten auch beim Tiere versorgen mit helfen. Besonders die süßen Hunde und Katzen haben wir alle ins Herz geschlossen. Alles in allem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit, die uns gut in Erinnerung bleibt. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, macht hier nix falsch. Einzige kleine Anmerkung, die Anfahrt ist im letzten Abschnitt etwas „Offroad-mäßig. Also die typischen griechischen Schotterpisten mit auch mal größeren Steinen. Mit normalen Autos aber zu bewältigen, bei tieferen Autos könnte es allerdings zu Problemen kommen.

Schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage

Ferienwohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, großzügig und hell. Auf der Terrasse lässt sich die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit perfekt genießen. Schöne Strände sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Auch das Dorf was mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen ist lädt mit netten Tavernen zum einkehren ein. Fahrt zur Unterkunft ist etwas abenteuerlich steile Bergpassage, die letzten Meter off-road aber wir haben uns schnell dran gewöhnt und es lohnt sich definitiv! Silke und Bettina sind fantastische Gastgeber - vielen Dank für einen sehr schönen Urlaub!!

Die guten Bewertungen hatten uns schon optimistisch anreisen lassen, aber unsere Erwartungen wurden von der Realität noch übertroffen. Ferienhaus ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, herzliche Vermieterinnen, die unsere Kinder ins Herz geschlossen haben und geduldig alle Fragen beantwortet haben. Ferienhaus in superschlauer Umgebung

Wir waren 2 Wochen bei Silke zu Gast. Die Anreise war dank der guten Wegbeschreibung problemlos. Wir fanden ein Ferienhaus vor, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Es gibt einen großen Wohnbereich, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer und ein geräumiges Bad. Gefrühstückt haben wir immer draußen auf der Terrasse. Die Aussicht von dort ist grandios. Wir bekamen oft Besuch von den Hunden Ole und Idefix. Ab und zu kamen auch Katzen vorbei und holten Streicheleinheiten ab. Der Rundgang über die Tierauffangstation war interessant und hat uns gezeigt, wie brutal manche Menschen mit Tieren, die sich nicht wehren können, umgehen. Silke hat sich nett um uns gekümmert, hat Tipps zur Insel und zu schönen Stränden gegeben. - Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben die Ruhe auf dem Gelände und den Komfort des Ferienhauses genossen und sind gut erholt und mit vielen neuen Eindrücken wieder nach Hause gefahren. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Ein wunderbar warmherziger Ort

Wer mehr möchte als einfach "nur" Strandurlaub auf der schönen Insel Lefkas, dem sei ein Urlaub auf dem "Velino-Hof" wärmstens empfohlen. Mitten in der Natur lebt man mit freundlichen Tieren und empathisch-liebevollen Gastgeberinnen – mit wertvollen Eindrücken, die bei uns und unseren Kindern noch lange nachwirken. Silke und Bettina geben nicht nur ihren Feriengästen, sondern auch vielen Tieren ein wunderbares Zuhause.
