Great location- tired rooms

We stayed here in March 2025. The best thing about it was the view. The rooms are tired, the bedding is sparse and it is totally not worth the $300/night. Really could use a paint job and some refreshing. The pool and bar area was very enjoyable though and we could walk to dinner.

Nice to sit out back with a view. They had live music most nights, maybe every night, not sure as I wasn't there every night. Towels and blankets had stains. Only bummer about this hotel.

We had a wonderful day at the waterfront Inn. Everything was fabulous with the exception of the doorstops that were actually on the floor. I ended up, stepping on them several times and once tripped and fell into the wall. Or than that highly recommended

Acceptable if you need to visit the villages.

The first impression was they weren't friendly at the front desk. The room was fine, but the whole place seemed like they were trying to appear like an older hotel. Fake, in a Disney kind of way. I also don't like that they asked for my number and immediately started texting me offers.
